Disclaimer: Do NOT go to political commentary on this! The term 'Breaking News' is overworked, however, the following, which is available at many sources on the web, is significant; even acknowledging the sample is not large:

"Small Chloroquine Study Halted Over Risk of Fatal Heart Complications"

Simple googling will let you read in more detail.

I fear our snowbirding days may be over. With the COVID-19 pandemic now looking like it's going to take a couple of years to run its course, I think we'll give up our permanent spot in Florida. No point in making the final decision right now because we have no way to recover our trailer from down there. Hopefully there'll be a lull between waves where we can get it.

It is interesting that Sweden has, unlike many other countries, not applied any lockdown, with most measures being voluntary. Thier deaths/million is 139 and the US total is 109 while many in Europe and US with strict lock down are much higher. Sweden's economy is not suffering as bad because of their approach.

Whenever you give data, please give the source also. We'll give a pass on this one. Thanks. (Mod)

Thats like comparing apples to oranges..

Sweden is much smaller and has much less population that the USA, density is different, lots of things different..

HERE

"United States is about 22 times bigger than Sweden.

Sweden is approximately 450,295 sq km, while United States is approximately 9,833,517 sq km, making United States 2,084% larger than Sweden. Meanwhile, the population of Sweden is ~10.0 million people (316.7 million more people live in United States). "

Density of people can also play into how this spreads.

Sweden Population

US Population

Not to mention UNDER REPORTING, UNDERTESTING can easily skew numbers which ever way one wants the numbers to turn out.. So, one must be careful when it comes to statistics, they CAN lie..
