JMHO. And you know this how? I didn't realize the Cybertruck was in production. Or are you just quoting the pre-production hyperbole?
Tesla's are magic. It's the only manufacture that according to it's king that can break the laws of physics with impunity.

CyberTruck reportedly has four wheels also. But just hyperbole at this point.

CNBC reported the high-end is fully reserved.
So, there are willing buyers... not just us poor or cheap folks.
But it's of similar range, price and earlier delivery timelines... maybe.

Also of note on GM, they are producing the highest priced version first. Seems to me there was a big uproar raised about 200 pages back about Tesla producing the highest level Model 3 first and waiting to release the lowest price one until last.

I don’t think they’ll have any problem selling them. But as the dude in the video said, they’ll probably only make a few thousand of the expensive ones. Lots of Rock stars and movie stars out there to scoop those up. But the cheaper ones at 80,0000 bucks will have half the range and half the performance of the Cybertruck. Plus no Supercharger network. I’m not a marketing expert but I would think they should concentrate on the high performance and high priced models and keep the production numbers limited. Unlike the Cybertruck there is no attempt at aerodynamics. Which is why they can go 350 miles with a 200 KW battery. Whereas the Cybertruck goes 500 miles with a smaller battery.
I don’t know. They look kinda cool. The high end models are already sold out. They’ll probably make a ton of money on them. It would have been cooler if they went with stainless steel like Tesla Cybertruck though.
JMHO.
