And here we have this hanging onto the bottom of the Por 15 paper towel.
If you want to do something, you will find a way.
If you don't, you will find an excuse.

Test - Passed.
Next we have another weight test.
I pulled out the paint, and replaced it with a 1 1/4" hitch, and a 2" hitch with a 2" ball attached.
This weighed in at about 35lbs or so.

And here we hang this mass of destruction on the paper towel again.

Test Passed, again.

Next we bump things up just a little bit.
I removed the 2 hitches, and replaced them with 3 batteries that came out of a battery back up for a computer, or Uninterruptible Power Supply if you will..... Those things are kinda heavy.

Looking at about 41 pounds or so.

And now it is time to "hang em high".
Lets see how the paper towel performs with 41 lbs hanging on it.
Drum roll please ...

And there we have it again.
Test PASSED.
I don't know about you, but I never expected to get this far with this. I thought it would fail long before this.
The original paper towel only, failed at less than 2 lbs.
Any one else impressed?

I am impressed by your commitment and progress. I have done extensive work on older RVs but you are working on an unique level.

Here we have a pic of the inside of the drivers door.
The window in this door is similar, but not quite the same as the one on the passenger side.
The frame, and the window is held in just like the other side. The green circles show the screws that hold the trim to the outer window frame.
Remove those screws, then remove the brown trim, and the black window frame, and window, will push out through the outside of the door.
The blue circles show the screw holes that hold the door handle in place.
The red circle, shows the high tech door bolt. See next pic.
