After coating the aluminum on the other side, which was recessed, I could turn this back over, and give this side a coat of Por 15.
The upper section is already "glued" to the framing with Por 15.
The 2 pieces on the left and right side here, I gave a coat on the opposite side, yesterday.
Tonight, I flipped them over, and gave them a coat on the opposite side.

So, hopefully, tomorrow, I will be able to weld this back into place.
Then, I can move on to other areas. Yay!!!

Well, this is not what I thought I was going to be posting tonight. However, as a former employer used to say "it is what it is".
Normally, in the morning I get other things done, and then in the afternoon I will work on the motor home.
Today, after I finished my other things, I was about to go out and get started on the drivers side framing, and low and behold, SNOW.
Yup, it was snowing. Instead of the dusting the weatherman thought we might get, we got nearly 3 inches of snow.
So, after it was done, I went out and started blowing some partly cloudy off of the driveway. Pic below.

It was a nice light snow, so I just used the leaf blower.

In actuality, it was probably for the best. I just changed direction a little bit.
My original plan was to weld the left corner in, then give another coat of Por 15 to the aluminum, and fasten it down.
Since I decided not to weld in the snow, I sanded the aluminum lightly with 320 grit paper to scuff up the surface, so the next coat will stick.
Then I finished up the painting, so everything now has 2 coats on it. That actually will make it easier to put things in place.
Guess I was getting a little anxious.
So, here's the latest pic with everything painted twice.

So, in place of the welded in pics of the left front corner, I have a few pictures to post of a test that I did on Por 15.
This was painted on a piece of aluminum, and then the aluminum bent pretty hard. This shows the flexibility of Por 15.
I will post several pics without comment.
In this first pic, the one corner shows a small space that has no paint on it - that was my fault, not the paint. Ignore that section in the red circle.

In this pic, you can see inside the red rectangle, that the aluminum is starting to split from being bent so hard and then straightened out.
The larger bend, wasn't bent quite as hard, but the paint in both of the creases held up just fine.
So, we can see Por 15 is flexible, but also strong, as indicated by the paper towel weight test.
Did I ever mention, I like it? Lol.
Hopefully, tomorrow, I can get some welding done. ![smile [emoticon]](http://www.coastresorts.com/sharedcontent/cfb/images/smile.gif)

Tonight, instead of posting my welding, I am going to post some pictures of some "out of the box thinking" that can be applied to the interior of an rv, if you are looking to modify the inside of yours.
These pics came from either a van, tiny house, an rv, or a bus.
They all are adaptable to an rv, if you are so inclined.
