If you want to do something, you will find a way.
If you don't, you will find an excuse.

So, there you have some outside the box thinking.

The one thing that we need to keep in mind, is how much some of these mods weigh.

With a little "creative thinking", most of these should be do-able by keeping these things light.

For those of you who might like the look of wood on the inside, this particular interior is probably made from 3/4" wood, which for most rv's is probably way too heavy.

However, there are alternatives to that. If you want to buy something off the shelf, this should be available in a lighter 3/8" or even 5/16" version, which would save a bunch of weight.

Also, the type of wood used can make a big difference.

If you are going to make your own, it could be made from even thinner, such at 1/4" or so.

A little creative thinking will go a long way in changing the look of the inside of an rv.

This one can be done with paint and/or wall paper. A little paint with stencils can make a big difference.

Hidden plastic bins save a lot of weight instead of using heavy plywood or mdf. Also, not using steel slides can save a bunch of weight.

Depending on where this is in the rv, this area could also be used as a work station with a fold down desktop, and a folding chair.

Lots of possibilities if things are not fully built in, but more portable.
