I don't know if this has been covered in this topic but probably so and for that I apologize in advance.
I have a 2005 weekend warrior FK2100 and I broke a leaf spring somehow during our last outing. I look at the WW site and they say the axles are rated at 3575lbs and the GVWR is 7650lbs. I removed the broken spring and im looking to "upgrade" to a heavier spring so I can get more longevity out of it.
Im not a math wizard but if I take the 3575รท2= 1787lbs (roughly per spring). I fiqure that they either but a 1750lbs or a 2000lbs spring in these axles. The current ones are a 4 leaf configuration. I dont see any markings on the springs. They measure 25 1/4 eye to eye.
Would I be better off sticking with a 2000lb springs or go with a 2400lb spring. Etrailer has the 2400lb springs but talking to their "tech support" didnt give me much confidence. Eastern Marine offers a 2000lb spring. I know if I go with the 2400lb I would be over the axle weight by about 1600lbs and even if I get to 2000lbs springs I would be over but not as much?

I had my trailer repaired last year. It began when I noticed the back of the garage had dry rot. It was caused because during assembly of my trailer, the tech forgot to apply a sealant on the outside trim of the trailer. The fiberglass is two pieces, seamed together by this strip that allowed water into mine. While the repair center had it apart, they noticed my frame had a 4 inch crack right behind of the third axle. I had them do the frame mod as well and total, it cost me $5500. The frame mod actually fixed a lot of my panels and cabinets that were once bowed and had gaps. Now my trailer feels solid and in the five years of owning it, that's all that has happened to it. I own a 2008 3905SLC.

Based upon the number seen with the same problem, I'd wager is was part of their training program. LOL

I need to replace the front water tank on my 2007fk19 w.w. Any ideas where to get a new front 50 gallon tank. Fitting was brittle and cracked. Thanks Leigh

OK, waking up an old thread to see if anyone else has this issue. I've got a 2007 FTL4005. Every time I use the shower, I get a leak coming down into the storage space underneath the shower. It seems to come down the wall and into the storage door so every time I lift the door I get an outdoor shower! I have caulked the shower twice now and still have a leak. I looked at the drain pipe and no leak there. Anyone else have an issue like this?

I had a leak behind shower valves. The hoses come up wall and over time started a small leak when shower was turned on and off. Resulting in a leak in wall and down to bottom of trailer. Look behind shower valve in wall.
