30 items?
sounds like you may be a little picky. I fell for any company thats sells to you.
I agree with Alx, you need to get a little handy.
I am picky and I should be. This unit retails for $49,000. It should not have the problems that it has had. There is not quality control that I can see. The frame around the oven was bent and cracked. The bench fell apart and had to be replaced. I have had three water leaks, two electrical problems, floor started bubling up on the inside and had to be replaced, the plastic undercarriage came off driving down the road, the shower walls began bulging away from the wall and had to be re-glued,...etc. I can fix quite a bit, but items like this I shouldn't have to. I even bought an extended warranty but I cannot use it as long as I am still under the origianl warranty and my unit is still new. I would take it back if I could, but it appears as if I am stuck with this so I need it fixed.

WW update: No call back from Jamie today, nor did Max Villa call. Jamie said she was going to go search for Max and it might take a couple of hours to locate him to schedule my repairs.
No call from Jim Goodwin at WW who had the information for a week. (and, If Shawn told the truth then Jim has had our information for months.) They are supposedly sorry that Shawn, who is no longer employed by WW, messed us around for 4 months.
The dealership's phone call today was shuffled off to the new guy, Monty from Rag'N, who is at Jim/ Jamie's extension. He said he is new on the scene and he is obviously the new "NO" guy who specializes in getting rid of the caller. He wanted to blame the "authorized dealer" who filed a warranty repair with WW for repair of the front cap on our unit before it was ever delivered to us. The same "authorized dealer" approved by WW that does not have a facility to do repairs nor the technicians. Why did WW "authorize" this dealer? Maybe he'll like knowing he's their new fall guy? We had to move our new trailer months ago 160 miles to an "authorized dealer" who does have a shelter for our WW to prevent further damage.
Our WW is one year old today. Happy and Birthday it is not.
Monty, the new "NO" guy was going to go to Jim to see what they can do for us. I'm sure they will cheat right.
Hey, Memphis, Tenn could you call your father-in-law Mark for me?

Sorry, didn't see this post when I posted above! OOPS!!!! Great news. I have spoken to Jamie and Jim several times in the past 2 weeks. They don't know if the company will survive but they have been very upfront with me concerning my questions and getting my coach back to me. Heres' hoping.....
Yep Ive been talking to Jamie, Jim and Mark about the company and my trailer. Mark even answers his own phone when he is at his desk. They where great people do deal with and made sure I got my trailer back when I needed it. All the work I needed done was done great. Trailer was washed inside and out carpet cleaned and vacuumed and floors cleaned. I am very happy. My trailer is over 2 years old also, so I believe I was actually out of warranty

Hoorray!!!My coach arrived today at noon!. My floor is unbelieveable compared to original, just like the garages on the fivers!. Frame was braced underneath to keep the spring hangers from flexing, prophylactic fix to the tongue although not needed, roof completetly resealed, new bench seat that I damaged (I didn't ask for half of these things!) Fridge ran all the way from Cali to Galveston!!!...no problems!!! I have to say I was VERY skeptical that I would even see my coach again without a major brewhaha,..........butttttttttttt it's here and I'm impressed. I should also qualify this by saying it should have been like this from the begining. I had to do something unmentionable on this forum to achieve this response. But cheers to jim Goodwin & Jamie & owner Mark Warmouth......Thanks again for trying to bring this thing out of the mire and make it what it should be!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kent in Texas,
Please know I am happy for you, but also I need your help to know how to go about doing what you did to get WW to fix my 2007 FS 2300 (which was one year old yesterday and sitting at dealership for past 4 months.)
What do you mean "unmentionable?" What did you do? I need your help! I'll do it too!
WW just keeps talking down to me and passing me off.
Does WW treat men owners differently from women owners? Are there any women owners out there that have gotten the repairs done? If they cheat women owners and not men owners, can one of you guys call WW for me and talk tough? Guess they aren't worried about a 5'4" tall woman cutomer?
Jamie was going to find Max Villa about my repairs and never called back. Jim Goodwin has all the info on my trailer and never called back, never answers my calls either. (Curious though that Jim talks to you guys?) His new boy from Rag'N, Dave Montti, told me and a dealer representative that I could get a lawyer and sue my dealership in Fayetteville, GA. My dealer, Scotty, in Georgia said WW is "P.O.'d" with him for telling them to come get their 12 new units off his lot because he's not selling them with "no warranty" and that's why WW is trying to make him the fall guy.
Montti said "he never touched my coach, that I have to go back to my dealer for repairs." (It's been at a dealership for 4 months awaiting approval from WW for the warranty repairs.) Of couse that's true, Dave was working for Rag'N last year and couldn't have "touched my coach" and at that time I was being given the WW run around by Shawn who no longer works for WW. But, dear Dave Montti, your new company built my defective "coach" before you got there. I know you, Dave, "didn't touch my coach," but the guy paying you did, he built it which is what a lawyer can explain to you.
So, guys, can you help me or not?

email me @ [email protected]. Can't discuss certain things on this forum. I slid in just before they stopped taking warranty work.

I am concerned that WW is still having problems with repairs and supporting/servicing the ones that have already been sold! There are many indications that they might be forced into Chapter 11 or 13 - due to the large number of units with problems. I have also read where folks who just purchased a BRAND NEW units - and trailered it home! upon arriving at home found many problems that occurred on the trip home! Knowing that WW cannot address ALL the issues - why is WW and dealers still promoting and selling their units knowing that they will not be repaired or fixed! and the more I read in the blogs - the more I start to believe that they will be filing for Chapter 11 or Chapter 13 this year.
I have noticed some cracks in the tongue area (2005 - FS30) and have tried to get it in for inspection and possible service! I have been told the earliest I can get my rig in to be inspected will be the end of Nov! What am I suppose to do in the mean time??
