I live not to far from the plant and will be headed that way tomorrow I will see if there still open. A friend who worked there just got layed off last week and he was told two different things. He was told they have a cash flow problem and they are trying to fix the problem. He was also told not to hold his breath to look a new job. He was a plant foreman has been there for years. So who knows I hear from a high up from Skyline he says W.W.will file BK. but then he works for the Competition.
Yes please do. If someone is there can you ask them when the will be taking warranty work. Our 2 year is up in Oct and wqant to see if we can get in before that.

Just got my 26' Superlight back from WW. They did a bunch of warranty repairs including the tongue reinforcement and the axle/hanger reinforcement. Everything looks good (except the way they bent the black pipe gas line to clear the new tongue brace). They even fixed a few things that were just normal wear and tear items and recaulked a bunch of stuff. I'm happy with the way they handled my repairs, all things considered.
I took my trailer into Giant RV (the dealer I bought it from) and they handled everything. All repairs, including transport to WW were completed in under 2 weeks, and completely free. Finally something good comes my way ![smile [emoticon]](http://www.coastresorts.com/sharedcontent/cfb/images/smile.gif)

I had called to bring in my 2008 26'WW for repairs again and have been told they will not even look at it unless I want to pay for it myself. I have had this unit for about a year adn it has been in the shop for probably 8 months during that year. Every time I take it in, I get told they have to wait on parts or authorization and basic repairs take 2 months or longer. I have even got to the point that I try to schedule my trips around service trips. I started with a list of nearly 30 items when I bought this new. I still have several issues and now I cannot get those repaired unless I want to pay for it. They say there is a chance that WW will refund the money I spend but if the go Bank Rupt I will just be out of luck. I do regret buying this unit. My last was a 23' light weight and the front nose section was seperating so I traded it in as it was still under warranty. I traded it in for this mess. Any suggestions on what I can do?

Three choices: get handy and fix it yourself, Pay someone to fix it, or hope WW pulls this out. I wouldn't wait on someone else, I would start fixing what I can, so I could enjoy the trailer. I know that doesn't make the situation any better, but I wouldn't hold up any trips because my trailer has things wrong with it. RV repair places are pretty reasonable on rates, compared to other forms of repair places.
Good Luck.

30 items?
sounds like you may be a little picky. I fell for any company thats sells to you.
I agree with Alx, you need to get a little handy.

Sorry, didn't see this post when I posted above! OOPS!!!! Great news. I have spoken to Jamie and Jim several times in the past 2 weeks. They don't know if the company will survive but they have been very upfront with me concerning my questions and getting my coach back to me. Heres' hoping.....

Yep Ive been talking to Jamie, Jim and Mark about the company and my trailer. Mark even answers his own phone when he is at his desk. They where great people do deal with and made sure I got my trailer back when I needed it. All the work I needed done was done great. Trailer was washed inside and out carpet cleaned and vacuumed and floors cleaned. I am very happy. My trailer is over 2 years old also, so I believe I was actually out of warranty

I should be happy for you in Tenn getting your OUT OF WARRANTY FS 2500 WW repaired, cleaned and delivered. How are you related to Mark? (I'm guessing your his son-in-law?)
My NEW WW FS 2300 STILL UNDER WARRANTY for it's first year is sitting at the dealership where it has been for 4 months waiting on legitimate first year warranty work or even a return phone call from WW to the authorized dealer.
Maybe the reason they could never answer the phone calls from the dealership or from me was because they were too busy talking on the phone to you?
I'm angry now and feeling very ripped off that my legitimate warranty claims were ignored in favor of working on an out of warranty trailer.
I did lots of research before buying and felt I made a good choice and I don't feel that now.
I called and actually talked to Jamie after I read your posting and they are looking again at my pictures. (Maybe the operator felt I sounded like I should not be ignored anymore? I'm amazed that I actually got the phone answered!! That was a first!) Maybe I will hear from Jamie in a couple of hours? (hold breath or not?) It will take her, she said, a couple of hours to locate the person who has to make the decision on my trailer, not Jim who had the pictures last week, but now someone named Mac.
I may need you to call your father-in-law (Mark) on my behalf.
