The OP said he had 1 battery and its a 2023 model, so that indicates a trickle type solar setup.

But I want to point out that Keystone offers a factory installed solar system on certain models that will run A/C, soft start included. And a RV dealer could have a small solar company on contract

1. IF 50 amp trailer it WILL state on outside label where shore cord connects.
2. It IS possible that Keystone installed the wrong 30/50 label on the outside
3. At the 120 breaker box. ALL the OP has to do is go to the trailer and look at Breaker box. IF HE HAS A 50 AMP TRAILER THERE WILL BE 2-50 AMP BREAKERS.
4. op, YOUR ROOF AC RUNS OFF 120 VOLTS. The wall tstat controls are 12 volt.
5. A Residential refer will look exactly like a Home refer(because they ARE the same). RV refers will be built into the cabinet, OFF the floor. Residential's will be on the floor of the RV inside the cabinet. If residential will have a name brand, that you will recognize. Residential's are 120 volts only.
6. Now, you want a 2nd AC. UNLESS your RV has 50 amp, you CANNOT install a 2nd AC. 30 amp service will not run 2 AC units.
7. Online Video from CW for the 2023 Mallard M-32. Shows RV refer
states 50 amp service. Doug

There is no RV solar system that will run a RV roof AC. Please show the link for this statement. To do that would require NOT just a large Solar panel system, but a Inverter to take the 12 volts and invert to 120 volts. Also ANY solar system that could be large enough to possibly Invert to run a RV AC unit, would require at least 4 batteries. Doug

I don’t know how to post photos on here but it has three blades and the 4th contact. I googled 30 versus 50 amp inlet and it definitely appears 50.

That describes a 50 amp system. Doug

OP. I know what you’re going through. As well. I don’t think you have a serious issue likely.
But you have to have access to the trailer and plug it in to do any diagnosis.
1. start clearly with what does and doesn’t work.
2. And understand which loads are 12v (lights furnace water pump etc) and which are 120v (AC, microwave, maybe fridge)
3. figure out if your fridge is 12v 120v or LP or want mode it’s in.
4. Check voltage at battery. When camper is plugged in. (If it’s 13.x - 14.x, the converter works and it’s charging)
5. If it’s pre wired for 2nd AC then being 50A service is correct. If it’s not, still a mystery and prohibitive to adding an AC without significant electrical work.
6. 1 little 12v cheap battery won’t keep the 12v side of a camper that size alive very long unless it’s constantly being charged/power supported by the converter (which of course is powered by the 120v service). Back to #4 if converter isn’t working could have a blown fuse on it. Or another issue.
7. Try to find a campsite with shade and the best to you and your family!

If you can’t plug it in and run through some basic functionality tests then start beating on the dealer to get you in fast. You still never said if it’s under warranty or not. If not and you can’t work on it there are probably 1000 RV mechanics around Vegas. Go to a RV park and ask the first dozen people you see for a recommendation for a rv mechanic that isn’t a dipshit or a thief.
Likely faster cheaper and better than the dealer if no warranty.

"There is no RV solar system that will run a RV roof AC." quote from Doug.
Then you go on to describe what an RV would need to run a roof A/C.
You just described my system which ran a roof A/C yesterday for 4 hours (cycling on and off, of course).

My 4 GCs could run one A/C for 2 hours. My 750W solar could add another 2 hours. Won't be much cycling when the A/C is cranking. Now the batteries are discharged and the sun is headed West. What do I do for the remaining 20 hours of the day? And what about the other A/C units?

Solution: Push the gen start button.

Even my A/C fan is rated at 1.5A - and thats 17 Ah DC.

I'm aware of after market solar/wind systems that are adequate for sustained comfort.
