Anyone have issues with taking CBD oil or a CPAP into Mexico??? P

CPAP ok. CBD? You are on your own with that one. US Federal government still regulates Interstate Commerce. Oh Mary ja wanna is legal ...... IN several states, but CBD across state lines is still a gray area.

Probably not much to worry about, unless there is say, a traffic stop for say, speeding and they bring a doggy around, sniffing. The Mule.

Taking anything across the Mehico international border, such as steaks, meat products, etc is illegal but I'm betting there some of us that go North and South across the US/Mexican border with just a little too much of the good tequila or a steak or two.

I've lived in a couple of foreign countries and took no chances. Wife used to live in Mexico and I've been many times. We still take no chances, even when we travel to Rocky Point this Feb.

So its not the possession stuff (especially for the OP in Oregon), its the taking it across state lines and international borders. Fed gubmint stuff

To beat the dead cavallo a bit more, here is just one of many articles avail, if you're interested

We were just told that the naturalista across the street from restaurante Los Braceros (best fish tacos in Zihuatanejo) sells small dropper bottles of CBD for 100p.

We'll check it out!

I love Blessed CBD oil. I have tried several products on the market and this one https://knockoutcbd.com/cbd-product-category/cbd-vape-cartridges/ is by far the most effective. I have been struggling with anxiety and insomnia for a long time now but Blessed has eased that anxiety and helped me sleep better. Reasonably priced and very fast delivery too!

Hello, CPAP isn't too hard to find in Mexico, and you can cross it even over the contry boundary. It is officialy allowed on the teritory of Mexico, but you have problems with CBD, because it can contain THC, which is forbitten in Mexico. It is equivalent to other drugs from class 1, like heroine or cocaine, and you can go in prison for that. That is why if you really need CBD or THC better to go for some time in USA. There you will find a lot of websites like https://getkush.io/product-category/edibles/thc-gummies/ where you can get THC gummies and other products that can help you cure your disease. I wish you good luck, and hope you won't visit the mexican jail, cause it is not the best place to visit, on this world.

I would definitely not recommend taking CBD oil over to Mexico. You can find many cannabis products in Mexico, so there really isn't much reason to bring it over. You are just going to risk getting into big trouble or going to jail. I wonder if Mexico has cannabis delivery services to order weed online and get it delivered to your place? I know Canada and the USA do. Maybe you can find something like that over there to get your CBD oil.

Yes, this is a problem in many states that you cannot just buy herb and products from it, even if they are medicinal products. This is the kind of government we have, and you can't help it. I also have a long time and = rocks where I can buy SDB oil, because I know that after a hard operation, only it will help me, and thank God that I came across such a wonderful article like this https://urbanaroma.com/how-to-find -weed-in-dc /. I read on it where I can legally buy SBD oil and other products without risk. I advise everyone to read it.

Rob

There was an article on the news today about CBD oil, it also said there is a trace amount of THC.
I would not attempt to take it across the border, to me it's just asking for problems.
Unless someone posts specific rules covering CBD oil and crossing the border, I would not take the chance. But, that's me.

Buy the CBD down there, everything is cheaper south of the boarder.

Honestly speaking, I was suspicious about CBD at first. But later I changed my opinion. My wife started suffering from insomnia. She was prescribed pills but having checked the info about them on the Canadian pharmacy site, we found out that this medication has many side effects. That's why my wife decided to try CBD products. I should say, they work for her. I even tried CBD gummies for pain relief and was surprised by the effect.

There are a number of places in Puerto Penasco that sell CBD oil.
