I am wondering what tires and surface combination yield enough traction to go from 0-60 in 1.9 seconds. It is probably not a surface that you will find on public roads and the tires are probably very expensive to buy with a short life. I am sure that some people will shell out the money but that is not my style.

Am still a huge fan of fuel cells, saline batteries and new fan of diamond batteries

Diamond batteries has a no recharge neccessary life of around 5,000 years!

Core material is nuclear waste encapsulated in layers of diamond

Radiation is in the form of electrons...not dangerous alpha rays or gamma rays...still reading up and studying this phenomenon...

As Electric Truck Startup Hyliion Goes P........America’s Youngest Self-Made Billionaire

Quote:

He may not be as slick as the other billionaire electric truck impresarios Elon Musk or Nikola’s disgraced former CEO Trevor Milton, but Healy has one up on both Tesla and Nikola when it comes to getting revolutionary tech onto the road. There are already 20 trucks operating with Hyliion’s electric powertrains, built via ventures with Dana Corp. and Volvo. Tesla said this year it was delaying production of its Semi until 2021. Shares in Nikola meanwhile have collapsed from the $70s to less than $20 amid fraud allegations and the departure of Milton.[/quite]

Well, in fairness, both the Lucid and the Porsche are luxury sports cars. A model S is a pretty nice car inside but not exactly what I would call luxury. Tesla’s wear the premium brand quite well but the materials in cars like the Porsche or Jaguar are a step up...in my opinion. I have been in but not ridden in the Porsche. Pretty nice. Apparently my piggy bank isn’t big enough for any of the three of them. [emoticon]

And please don't forget Cybertruck, lol.

The anticipation for both Semis and Cybertruck is that it will have higher ranges than what's. been promised. Specially. important. for Semis. -- range and fast charging. No news and everyone thinks Tesla abandoned it already -- battery exchange at strategic charging locations.
