Huh? Are these union workers getting something for free?

You said amazon and big money type ceos that can give out large bonuses, i said i dont need them, i prefer to make my money on my own. I dont want or need free handouts. I have no clue what you are otherwise refering to. So the "huh" is back in your court. Most people in life expect compensation coutermesurate to the work they perform, nothing more, nothing less.

Geez, workers get bonus for their work. We in management something more when the company have bigger profit — or when we lead project that generate savings. Why not union workers. It is not as if a worker will be expecting their company will be giving something to someone with the ID standing at the gate.

Union workers sweat for it.

No I think that is 160 billion is a dent.

Although he could do a little better.

I hear ya. I’ve been in a buddy’s P100D a few times with times like zero to sixty in 2.5.

It felt completely insane.compared to our model 3 at about 4 seconds. But sub 1.9 seconds, that’s gotta be nuts.

From the article:
"Right now, not a single model fits the president's criteria: battery-powered, made in America, by union workers."

Why does he demand union workers? I guarantee you that it is purely political and will most likely be a huge waste of taxpayer money. Kind of like Boeing rockets vs Space X. Ten times the cost per launch.

Taxpayers' money have been wasted in the voodoo or trickle down economics of giving tax loopholes and subsidies to milliionnaires, billionaires and big business.

Maybe it's time the money to ordinary people to streghten and expand the middle class is the foundation of a strong economy.

Amazon. is fighting unionization when it can acttuallly give each of their worker $200,000 bonus and it won't. cause a dent on Bezo's wealth. If he gave them a small percentage of this and some more to have a safe and comfortable working environment, would they still would want to unionize?

Battery production has been a near continuous problem for Tesla.

I wonder if it's materials sourcing issue or their constant innovation.
