I am assume by this time, you know something else is coming. Lol.

You're right. A little modification is needed to make this a little more usable.

First, lets drill a hole in a piece of wood, that is roughly 1" x 1-1/2" and about 8 inches or so long.

Since I needed an extra clamp, I decided to use this one. Insert clamp into hole in wood.

It works like a champ.

With a piece of wood on each side, this clamp does it's job quite nicely. I can now use this instead of just leaving it on the bench waiting to be used.....

I am going to switch gears a little going forward. I am not done with the sink yet, but I'll move on to other things and every now and then post the progress on the sink.

(audience cheering, whistling, clapping, that we don't have to hear about that idiotic sink for a while). Ok, calm down, I'll come back to it eventually.

Wahoo!

Just getting ready to click on the link. I will be sharing more details about how I managed that and whether clamps or saw horses were necessary in future posts.

What does a block of wood, 2 clamps, a pole for a set of lamps, and a piece of plywood have in common?

In a matter of a minute or so, it becomes an extension for a counter that isn't long enough.....

Or a nice platform to catch a piece of lumber that was just cut off with a circular saw.

Hope everyone is safe out there.

The remnants of Hurricane Ida came up though here yesterday. There has been some serious flooding in this general area.

We are ok, with no damage.

Hope your day is going well. [emoticon]
