Anybody ever heard of Rugged Mountain truck campers?

Website

Googled them, and it appears it maybe be former Northland truck campers back in business?

Anybody actually have a Northland/Rugged Mountain truck camper that they want to share their experience about?

Thanks.

I do not have one, but IIRC, Polar and Grizzly were model names of Northland... almost bought a Grizzly years ago. Don't recall the Yukon name though.

Rugged Mountain is in fact a replica of northland, same work force and floor plans just with a few upgrades as the siding and better price with the loaded options to get our name out there.

Northland as a company went under last year. This is the new company that purchased the assets

They were great looking campers, however you'll want to double check if the shower grey water still drains into the black (major reason we never bought a northland)

I heard it was 2015 that Northland sold out to Pacific Coach Works.

Yep, I was right.

Googled it and found this: Pacific Coachworks Buys Northland Industries

Sounds like PCW killed the Northland truck camper line, now there's Rugged Mountain reviving it.

I hadn't heard of the intermediate owner that was an RV dealer from Seattle, who then sold to PCW.

I posted on the Facebook announcement about this. Until they remove the shower draining into the black tank, it's a deal breaker for us to consider
