Hello everyone, just discovered this post and read it all. Wish all the pics had been available when I bought ours a couple of years ago (april 2015). A couple quick responses to issues mentioned in thread: 1 black tank runs from front edge of slide to 1/3 of length of couch under sink, toilet and front of couch. Bottom floor of sink cabinet lifts out (at least in mine) so you can see front edge and water lines running to sink.
2. Mattress options; We have a queen size sleep number bed in ours(camping world). Moved over from our previous TC (alpenlite 1100). Much easier to move than fighting with original foam mattress options we use to have. Would want to do it on a regular basis but not terrible. Put compressor in bottom of driver side closet and put small hole in closet to route air hose and power cord to front of mattress. We find it comfortable.

Anything specific? Have mod'd a fair amount. Added small drawer for remotes, etc over fireplace to left of DVD player/radio. Added VictronConnect battery monitor and Seelevel II tank monitor to right of DVD. Moved Fantastic fan to replace bathroom Fan and added Aeroflo vent cover. Added Maxxair deluxe fan in original fan location - auto open/close. Added counter top extension by sink. Still trying to solve rear couch comfort. Recently returned from Shipshawana (lambright furniture). They have a comfortable solution that would fit but have to use electric option to control outside footrest in. Order to stop before hitting cabinet door by entryway. Other side would clear counter and extend fully. Added water pump accumulator tank. LED light strip inside storage bay to illuminate the nether regions. Also added LED light strip along roofline over awning to provide additional outside lighting - awning led option came out after our camper purchase. Pictures of everything available including tank locations under dinette and front of storage.

I'd like to see what you did for the accumulator tank and did it solve the erratic on/off cycling of the pump. Also since my seelevel gauges are in the mail, any suggestions on that would be nice.

This may be useful info for this thread. I have ran my a/c @ 40+ hrs so far and it continues to blow out a styrofoam dust. I pulled off the cover and discovered that they didn't seal off the attic very well. So the a/c was pulling dust from the attic and through the intake and was starting to have some buildup on the coils. I filled in all the gaps with some 2" foam and pretty sure that should solve that issue. Will try it out this weekend. The only other mod I have made was to put a rubber bumper on the bathroom door to keep the hinges from rubbing on the slide aluminum trim and leaving metal dust on the floor. Putting on seelevel gauges and backup cameras on the weeks to come. Also looking at the portable solar option for a trip to the smoky mountains this fall. Still researching that.

That definitely gives new owners things to think about or upgrade. Posting up some pictures or a link to them will get us busy.
Mine has the Fantastic Fan in the bedroom and living room, but the cheap fan in the bathroom. Running all three creates a good draft and air exchange through the whole camper. I opted to stay away from the fancy vents with temperature and rain sensors or with remote controls - I simply protected all the vents with Aeroflo covers.
LED strip lighting is now on the awning and under the camper wings. This does help if you camp in an unlit area, so I imagine your upgrade is even better.
More counter space is always welcome. Our Arctic Fox had a counter extension you could put in place, but it was stored in the closet. It would help to see how your flip up counter extension turned out.
As for the loveseat: In 2018 models, Host made changes to the cushions (not sure about the frame) which makes it more comfortable. The leg rest is an option, otherwise you get a storage drawer under the seat.

New cushions sound great. We have storage drawer under and my wife won't give that up. That's one of the reasons we haven't ordered from Lambright, not to mention upgrade cost ~ 1800. Accumulator works somewhat but question whether I would do it again. I used 1 liter accumulator (jabsco) and it reduces cycling a little - at night if you just trickle water in bathroom sink to wash hands it sort of works ok, but if you have to flush pump still kicks in and runs. Larger accumulator would probably help but then you have to have a home for it. Over all this mod would not come on my highly recommended list but now that it's done, I'm ok with it. Involved redoing plumbing lines a bit out of pump making it harder to reach ifresh water shutoff valve (winterizimg). I'll post pics after I figure out how. Have to jump off for a while now though.

Ugh Assuming the cover was taken off during the PDI, would one catch this issue?
