Do you know what's behind the radio area right above the fireplace? Wondering if that could be made into a cabinet type opening.

The wires run up the right side, otherwise it is empty.

The wide horizontal blank is where your inverter is mounted. The factory stereo is usually centered in the 3 blanks just above the full width blank. I removed my stereo, removed the vertical stiles and moved the stereo to the furthest right re-using a stile to box in the unit. I did create a cubby using some similar furniture paneling with an additional 120v plug. It's a great place to store phones, keys, deck of cards and some DVDs. I snaked a HDMI cable through the back to operate the Direct TV box if we use it. If you want pictures, PM me your address-

My inverter is located in the storage bay on the left wall close to the gray tank.

Yours is better placement. I can hear when the fan comes on and I probably enclosed some air flow by boxing in the space under the mantle. I want to think that reflects listening to customer feedback and responding. When I left Bend Oregon with my Mammoth, I was warned that the plastic channel/track for the radius bath door was in the process of being redesigned and when it failed, I could have the new generation. They were still searching for a vendor and material to gently roll the radius without crushing it.
True to their word, I received the material and installed the rail and hardware. They shipped everything and more so I had enough 2.5" wood material to skin my metal track both outside (dining) and inside the bath area.

The area above the FP is empty on mine. Just air, you could make a nice storage area there.

It all fit our site, but the toys typically "sleep" in the trailer at night.

We were on a wine tour with our little yellow buggy, but found these guys along the way:

Yes, it has full street plates to drive anywhere (even the freeway if I had a death wish). The front tires on 12" rims are still low pressure, but the rear are DOT snow tires without studs on 14" rims. The snow tread and rubber give better grip than street tires, yet wear and roll much better than an off-road tire. Rear wheels get swapped out based on the riding. Here I am running paddle tires on 10" rims:
