I dont see the URL

Go to the website link I posted earlier.

Left click on your picture and drag it into the page on the website. Give it a few seconds to load and you will see your picture in a miniture form and underneath it will be the URL.

1. Left click on the beginning or end of the url and drag the curser over the URL to highlight the whole thing and select "copy", OR,

2. put your curser in the box of the URL and hit CTRL + A on your keyboard and that will copy the URL into your clipboard of the computer.

Now all you need do is paste it into your post by right clicking where you want it and select "paste" from the menu.

How do you copy and paste the url?

1. Put your cursor in the box where the URL is.

2. Hit CTRL + A on your keyboard. This will copy the URL to your clipboard. An alternative method is to put your cursor at the beginning or end of the URL, left click and drag the cursor over the entire URL which will highlight it. Then right click anc select "copy" which will copy the URL to your clipboard.

3. Then go to your post and put your cursor where you want it and right click. Select "paste" from the menu and you are done. [emoticon]

Just remember - left click selects and right click gives you a menu.

Folks,
If you want to try out this new picture posting process, please do so in the Picture Posting Test thread and not in this thread. This thread will be reserved for comments only. Thanks.

Did a picture test and it worked perfectly. Then I read...don't do that! Anyway, works great and it's super easy....Thanks.

What I post is my 2 cents and nothing more. Please don't read anything into my post that's not there. If you disagree, that's OK.
Can't we all just get along?

You open the link that I gave to the website. When the website opens, you then drag a picture from your computers "my pictures" folder or wherever you keep your pictures onto the opened picture posting page. After a few seconds your pictures will appear in miniture with a box under it containing the URL. Copy/paste that URL into a post on this forum.

Instead of draging and dropping, the website also gives you the option of opening a "tree" window where you can then select which photo you want just like you do when you attach anything to an e-mail.
