I apologize for not letting you know that Bob had passed. Bob and Pam were our lot mates in Yuma and of course friends here at home. The funeral will be on Wed and the burial will be at Tahoma National Cemetery on Thrusday. I will get the time and dates and post them tomorrow....

We will also miss him. We also exchanged jokes and emails very regularly until he became too sick to use his computer. Bob was really nice guy and we very much enjoyed visiting with him at the rallies.

Sorry to hear about Bob's passing. Only remember meeting once or twice at the rallies and I think down in Yuma one time. Best to Pam. Just got back from 10 days on the Oregon Coast, but not in an RV!! ![]() Daughter having a farewell gathering next Sunday at their place for our oldest granddaughter. She is on her way to U of Illinois Vet School for 4 years. Very proud of her, but will really miss her. Heidi and I are flying back there Aug. 19 to attend her Blue Coat ceremony. Already starting to plan trip back to Sun City AZ right after Labor Day. Had the kitchen updated with need cabinets and such, so very excited to see it. Sue and I have sold our home here in Tracyton, Wash. so not sure what the plan is right now. We will move back into our motorhome just like we did 19 years ago when we built this home. Its too hot to go back to our place in Yuma right now so guess we will just wander around once we get everything moved. Of course we still have to wait for the sale to close and the money to be in our hands....

Bob and Sue, Happy for you guys and the sale of your house. That is what Holly and I should do. We have talked about it, but so far we are still here, been in this house for 49 years. What in the world did you do with all the stuff? Bob, If you guys get over this way give us a call and Holly and I would like to have lunch with you and Sue. So sorry about Bob (fishing Hat) I did not check in with the forum and forgot all about it. Holly and I still miss going down to AZ, We would like to, but I don't like to fly. Think it's to far for us to drive. Hobo |
