I wish I had seen the news of Fishinghat's passing sooner. I'm really sorry to hear it.

Totally unrelated but if you're in the Kitsap County area (WA) and you need repair, do NOT ever go to Clear Creek RV. They're abysmal for service. Great if you need sales, so-so for parts but horrid for service. Take your dollars elsewhere. I had them "repair" our trailer brakes only they didn't actually repair them, merely changed some wires and the brake itself is still malfunctioning. Now they want to charge us again for the repairs they didn't make in the first place. Yeesh.

I hope everyone is doing well. We're keeping on keeping on over here. Nothing new to report other than that I have bright rose pink hair by accident now. Went in to get it done dark red. Came out looking like cotton candy. I have to wait another week before I can have it re-dyed so I'm hiding out at home. It's not my summer so far. LOL

I wish you would just call me when you need this kind of stuff. I know I am not local. But it would get fixed correctly. [emoticon]

Is there any interest in a gathering this year? Maybe not a "Rally" but a nice weekend of visiting and solving the world's problems...

Are there any of our original group left out there that still read the RV Net? We had some great times..Letting you know that Tradewinds that served us so well for the last 20 years and with 160 thousand miles on it finally got traded in for a new rig. Downsized to a Winnebago Vista LX with three slides, V10 and 6 speed. Only 31 feet vs the 38 foot diesel pusher but actually more room and more storage than the old rig had...Hope some of us can someday get to see each other again...We lost FIshinghat last year...

I am still here.

Still here, but no rig. Spending the winter months at our home here in Sun City AZ. If any of you get down here into the Valley of the Sun area, stop in and see us.

Hi all,

Laura and I are still around, although not really. The past 2 years we have been on the move (job related) without our trailer. It's in storage in Richland while we're almost 3,000 miles away on Cape Cod. Been here a year now. Last year we were in the DC area for almost a year. Not sure if or when we'll get back to RV'ing, but we sure miss I...and the group.

I talked to Hobo the other day and he and Holly are doing well. Says he has slowed up a bit but still getting around. Hate to say I have not see BigDog for quite sometime and we live in the same town, I will have to fix that this week...Fishinghats motorhome is up for sale by Pam and it may be sold. We stay in touch with her as they were our lot mates in Yuma. No idea where Laura went, still in Poulsbo as far as I know. Roger is still in Idaho and I have tried to visit twice but the Tradewinds kept giving me trouble everytime I got to Idaho..

Dave and I are still limping around! Dave has his first knee replacement 17 January 2018 then the second as soon a his doctor will do it. I got my first in February 2016 so just have my arthritic back to worry about. Still have our old 2002 Arctic Fox trailer but sold the 2003 3500 Dodge CTD with 244K miles and got a 2017 2500 Ram CTD this summer. We're hoping Dave is recovered and rehabilitated for our annual trip in June to our owner's rally in La Grande--probably not going anywhere before that time. Has anyone heard from Jon--haven't been in contact with my "twin" for ages.
