Has anyone heard from Fishinghat? I have usually received a forwarded email about something or other one a week or so but I have not heard from him for awhile. I do know he has an illness.

Hobo, you are so right. Yesterday I got the Phantom (what I'm naming the new Phaeton) washed for the first time since picking it up in January. Taking our first trip out April 28 through May 2 (Friday through Monday). Plan to go to Vantage and see some open skies.

We are thinking of heading back to the northwest soon. We just got back from a four day jeep run over in the Truck Havin Hills between the Salton Sea and Borrego Springs. Of course it was not trouble free and I just finished installing a new hotwater tank in the Tradewinds. It was not as easy as it should have been. A direct replacement tank made by Atwood is not exactly a direct replacement when the MH is a 98, close but not exact...

Bob, You keep working on that motorhome of yours and very soon it will be a new motorhome and you can drive it another 10 years. Hobo

Hey Hobo, I just saw online somewhere that Seattle broke a record for rainfall from Oct 1 thru March 31 with a total of 43+ inches of rain. you must be pretty soggy by now. [emoticon]

Don't know if any of you have been following our blog, but we are in DC living the apartment life, which is really expensive here. [emoticon] No decent RV parks close-by that allow full-timers. We're getting used to it here, been playing a tourist on Saturday's going into DC to see the sites. We both miss the RV park lifestyle...don't know any of your neighbors here.

John/Nikki, congrats on the new rig. Hope you're enjoying the "new" smell. [emoticon]

Tradewinds, you are taking after your MH...pretty soon you both with have a lot of replacement parts, but hopefully functioning like new again.
