Hobo, Good to hear from you, and a belated Happy Birthday! Tradewinds, Glad to hear that you and Sue have managed to stay out of the hospital for awhile. Keep it up! Has anyone figured out a way that we can all stay in touch with each other? It sure would be nice to just say hi every once and awhile. 2003 Suburban K2500LT 4WD, 8.1L, 3.73 2008 Adirondack 31RK-DSL Our blog ![]() |

Good to see that many of you are still on the net. I hadn't seen any action for quite some time. Carolyn and I just got back up to Federal Way. The rig is up at my daughters place in Monroe yet and will bring it down in another week or two. Have to go back up there and farm set while they visit their oldest over in Pullman where she sill be a senior. Since we got the other Sun City house on the lake this past winter, we have decided to sell the rig this summer, hopefully. We want to do a trip in it in July down to Pacific City Oregon for their Dory Days and then over to Idaho. Will then clean it out and hang a sign on it. We just haven't used it like we thought we would since we have been wintering in Sun City. If any of you get down into the Valley of the Sun, we have a spare bedroom and more than welcome to stop in for a visit. It may be dangerous however, once you see how warm and sunny it is and all of the first class amenities and activities we have to select from there. Let me know when you guys get together for coffee. It's nice to see many of you posting again. We will be in Cle Elum July 18 -24 for the Croatian picnic. Will be at Whispering Pines. Would be nice to see some of you if headed that way or want to spend a great weekend in Cle Elum. Had a really bad spell in the hospital a couple weeks ago but am now doing better. Miss the really nice times we all had. 2009 Tiffin 43QBP Allegro Bus RoadMaster Sterling Tow Bar US Gear UTB Ford Explorer Sport Toad WA7MXP "Pisqually" the attack kitty "> |

Dick, sorry to hear of your troubles, and glad to hear you're doing better. We've scheduled a trip to near Sun River, OR June 21th through 29th. We'll stay at Cascade Meadows RV Resort, an RPI park. We plan to spend the first night at Maryhill State Park in Goldendale, and the last night (on the way home) at the reservation in Toppenish. John & Nikki Ahrens ![]() |

I miss keeping up with the group! Miss John and Nikki's pictures! Jon and I use private messaging on our joint April birthday--after all, "twins" can't be completely separated! With health problems and job changes I often wonder how folks are doing, and miss the stories the snowbirds tell of their trips and winters in the warm south!

I agree Linda. Wish there was a way we could all stay connected here in the forum. Well, we might be heading back up to the NW. Depends on whether I find a job in the next few weeks. Been out of work for 3 months now. Laura wants to be home (Lynnwood) in August for daughter's baby shower and in October when baby is due. It would be cheaper to drive back than to fly her out a couple of times. If we do head back, we'll pull out of here on 7/23 (monthly rent is up then). But I'm hoping I find something before then. Time will tell. |

Got some email from BigDog today and he is down in Florence, Oregon with his motorohome. I would call it his Tradewinds but I already have that so its his motorhome. Sue and I have now reached the 6 month level with neither of us in the hospital or taking an ambulance trip, almost a new record in the 14 years we have been retired...
