When I downloaded the photo to my computer, from Photobucket, it is width=577 and height=1023. Because the Photobucket height is so tall, the photo height=447 with no width is what should be in the Post.

got tired of the shower curtain popping out of the end of the track so I made use of a wine cork from last night.

Loaded it up for a trip to Moore, OK. Will be cooking for relief workers or whoever shows up to eat as one of 3 teams that will be there.

We had to stop short of OKC Friday night. We did an overnight in Seminole. No hotel/motel rooms for the other 3 people that went with us.

Heavy rain, small hail, and high winds sat upon us almost all night.

We made it to our location in Moore and served 6,500 steak and chicken sandwiches on Saturday. We served another 1,000 this morning and have made it safely back home.

The destruction is totally amazing. TV pictures do not do justice to actually being there. It is a miracle that only 24 people died during that storm.

The much smaller tornadoes Friday night killed 9 people and warnings were being broadcast two days before. A storm chaser, his son, and friend all died Friday night.

Thanks for all your thoughts.

We finished loading the camper and departed on 1 June for Alaska. Thanks to all those who sent wishes for a good trip.

So far things have gone great with only minor hardware stuff (lost one clearance light cover that blew off). We had never done the parking lot camping stuff. Tried it the first night out and was pleasantly surprised. Stayed at Camping World in Draper, UT just south of SLC. They let us camp around back where it was quieter...no charge and they even let us connect to AC for the refrigerator. Yes, we did do some shopping there!

Replaced the software chip for my blue sky 2512ix solar controller, which was sent to me under warranty. It now charges the way it should. The batteries were overcharging before the swap.

I changed the interior lights to LED, preparing for my fishing week at the end of the month.

Built some support beams for when the TC is not on the truck. (2) 2x6 w 1/2 BC plywood sandwiched in between - glued and screwed. Setting on some heavy duty jack stands - pulling ideas together for a pantry closet - prepping for our trip to Michigan. Oh yeah purchased a Spa Sensations 8" Foam Mattress for the trip. We think that will be a good fit.

woke up hearing thunder, then rain, then the realization hit me that due to the 100*+ days I had all the vents and skylight really wide open in the TC, truck windows open, and car windows open, . wide awake now at 4am I tossed on shorts ran out barefoot and closed in order of importance: over bed skylight, Fantastic Fan over dinette, bath fan, truck windows, then I finally got around to my car lol

It was an invigorating cold water morning shower complete with loud sound effects and a dazzling light show, must have seen over 50 lightning bolts.

Well I pull the trigger to and install Air Tabs on my camper. Hoping to cut the wind noise around the passenger door and reduce bugs. We will see how it works. ART
