Are to late to get a gate position. My DH has been forced to take early retirement ....not related to health but pension.

My accountant informed me today that the employee versus independent contractor is a hot topic at the federal level.

It's possible that Loma use of a time sheet which calls for a daily time in time out recording doesn't fall in line with one being a independent contractor but more as a employee requirement. Also their employment application has in the signature block the following "I understand that Loma Rental, Production Testing and Flowback reserves the right to randomly drug test our employees prior to and during employment."

That statement seems to contradict ones being a independent contractor.

Well we have a pond behind our rv. Wow that was a hard and steady rain. But we have not found any damage outside today.

Texan...sorry, you look like you have a lot of water. We have a lot of water but at least we have a very nice built up level pad to park on. We never get water close to our home.
