I do have a question and that's where did the factory have you store the sewer hose ? I'm familiar with travel trailers that generally stored the sewer hose in the rear bumper tube.

Mine came with a 4" aluminum tube inside the plastic overhang ending at the hatch door . I had to remove it when I added the grey tank . Presently I store it in a plastic box with all the adapters in one of my underbed storage boxes . I plan to add a PVC pipe external on the plastic overhang to house the slinky .

My original regulator is similar. It is a Rego 7519D. It still works, but I don't want to rely on one that old. The diaphrams have to be getting bad having been in the AZ sun for as long as they have been.

I'm thinking about trying a Rego 7525 B23.

I'm making a little progress even though it is going much slower than I anticipated.

Picture of fiberglass cover back on camper. I cut out an area for my gray water tank mount.

Picture looking up through reinforced hole of fiberglass cover. This is where it will be covered with aluminum diamond plate.

Picture of gas line, and plumbing with the fiberglass cover on.

The cover has been taken off one more time to go to the fiberglass guy to get fixed and painted.

Picture of bumper removed so that I could get the fiberglass cover on to see if it still fits.

Picture of Avion emblem repainted with Duplicolor Chevy Orange DE1620. I think the color looks good.

Picture of two 16 gallon water tanks under the trailer bed. There is a fuse block there also for a water pump, fuel pump, exterior lights, etc. The mounts in front of the water tank is for the 20 gallon gasoline tank.

Does anyone have the wiring diagram to the Avion C-11? I may have something in old papers, if I can find them.

Somewhere around pages 15 or 16 of this thread have all the wiring diagrams uploaded by one of the other owners to help me out.
I'll try to look around and find them.

FYI , there are several interior items from a 68 Avion TC on ebay at this time. Not mine BTW

Thanks Ticki2,
I have already been talking to him, as I would really like the stove and hood as well as a few other things, but the shipping costs to Kodiak are insane. I am trying to justify the expense....

Hope to go take some pics tonight....

Garry

Thanks for the info. It was on page 18.

Got it. Thanks Garry. I have the C-11, but they are very similar. It is such a simple system, but I need to trace out all my wires to figure it out. I have what appears to be two Hot leads going to my overhead light and no ground. I'm assuming that they used the body as the ground for the lights. Something isn't right, so I need to figure it out.

I had the walls open on mine and, yes the body/framing is the ground.
All of the grounds on mine were corroded badly, steel bolts holding copper lug to aluminum framing.
Good luck.

Does anyone have their rear switches, over the door, that are set up as "up" for "off" and "down" for "on"? That is the way that mine appear to be and if I want to change them, I will need to notch the curved plastic interior in order to allow it to turn 180 degrees.
