Excellent, phxmtngirl! You'll find the weather here much less humid than Houston.
Brought L'Andante back from the repair shop and plugged her in, so we can start cooling down the fridge and charging stuff. The dashboard max air still doesn't work (parts on order), but where we're going is pretty darn cold, so we should be ok.
All three cats decided it was too hot, and laid around inside today. Bobbi went outside at dinnertime, and when she wasn't back by 10:00, we went out to call her. WLToo was over by L'Andante, when something growled at him. He yelled back, "WHAT!" and it went away. This is the second time that's happened, but we still don't know what critter it is.
Luckily, Bobbi was under cover somewhere, and turned up just a few minutes ago. Really bugs me, the way she tries to stay out as late as possible. She's in that kitten/adolescent stage, where she's too stubborn for her own good. Just hope she grows out of it before something decides to go after her. As tiny as she is, one chomp and it's over.
Bedtime. Have to go move the fuzzies off the bed, so there's room for the humans.

There will be an interruption in the kitty stories. They're all in the kitty hoosgau (animal hospital), while we take WLToo's mom across the country to visit her eldest son. I'd prefer to have the cats along, but she doesn't like indoor pets, and all three cats with three people in L'Andante would have been a bit much.
I miss my kitties. Things are just "off" when they're not around.
When we left, Spot was hissing and very angry/afraid, so he must really be having separation anxiety. There's just no way to let him know he's not abandoned again, that he will come home. I think he'll be quite clingy when they come home.
See y'all on the road.

We're in Washington; the cats are in the kitty hoosegau back home. Man, I do miss them. Alex is a great traveling cat. Don't know if the other two will do as well, especially Spot. He's so oriented on the S&B, having laid claim to it, so to speak.
Perhaps next trip, we'll take Bobbi or Spot. Just the one, to see if either can handle such a closed in place.

Wander - Spot sent me a note and said "where's my DAD - I want my parents back"
So the good person I am, as I was flying over the area, I had the pilot drop a note back to Spot and tell hime Mom & Dad would be home soon, and that Dad misses him, and to hang in there and very soon you will be home.
Hope that is ok, that I told him that for ya. ![smile [emoticon]](http://www.coastresorts.com/sharedcontent/cfb/images/smile.gif)

Thanks, Joy. I hope Spot believes you. Otherwise, he could be a very angry fellow when we finally spring him from the hoosegau.
Large, muscular, and angry -- uncomfortable combo for his stoopy hoomuns...

On the way home now, with very irregular WiFi connections. Been sending happy thoughts to the cats, in hopes that they know we're coming for them. Just a few more days...

Interesting stripes, Vickie, and I love his mustache.
Tomorrow's a day of hard driving, then we're home. Pick up the cats on Saturday, and try to recover from the crud we've both developed. WLToo is mostly over it, but I'm still running a fever. Hope it's not pneumonia, as one of our nieces we visited just announced she has. Blech.
I need to get home and bury my face in kitty fur. Always makes me feel better.
