And I agree. All the various RV FORUMS that I belong to have members that have graciously shared their experience and information with all of us. I am especially grateful, being a newbie to the RVing experience.

Without some of the information and knowledge of the more experienced members I think I would have given up on RV ownership a few weeks after purchasing mine.

Ran the generator for a couple of hours. Looked around inside and thought.... I could be ready in an hour to get away from this crappy weather in Wisconsin.[emoticon]

RVing VIking eh? So happens I am descended from the Viking Community which was located at Normandy in the 8th Century(Perry/Perrie/Perie: Normans). Is it any wonder that we want to wander around in our RVs.And the B's make it easier than paddling/sailing those longboats! Your input, along the way, just might be helpful to us. Rving is a constant learning experience.

This afternoon, I did a good interior cleaning. I really focused on the fridge. Detailed it using q-tips in the hard-to-reach places. Mold tends to grow in there so I place a tub of Damp-Rid in the fridge. Yesterday I had the empty tank re-filled with propane. This weekend we will clean the exterior and most likely need to add oil to the generator.

Thanks Al. My father was from Norway and he was a wanderer of epic proportions. As a boy he was on an expedition that explored the south and north poles. He was on the boats most of his life. Ocean going on and through the WWII. He continued on the boats until he was 75. I got the wandering bug from him to some extend ... although mine is by land yacht . [emoticon]

Drove it to a Sprinter shop and had a NY State inspection and an oil change (ouch!) ! Also had the Tires inspected. So I'm all set for a trip to Myrtle Beach in a few weeks. We stay at Huntington Beach State Park. We will be there for 8 days. Oh, I also ran the Genny for a couple of hours when I got home. Washed the van and cleaned the wheels.

Was that the new Romano Sprinter shop in Fayetteville?

I noticed in their commercials there wasn't a single tool, workbench, or anything in their shop except the lifts.

DH washed it for me yesterday. Today I finished the interior cleaning - vacuumed and scrubbed the floor. Took very little time - another reason I love my B!

Engine battery went dead. Trickle charged it for two days and it started right up.
