I had the same issue. I adjusted the door by moving those little hinge inserts just a smidgen and it has never been an issue since. Ill keep my fingers crossed.


It also happened to me a few times. The stab jacks at the back or the wheels might lower themselve into the ground with the weight applied after a day or two of camping and therefore the trailer is a bit unlevelled at the back or one one side of the trailer. Just relevel the jacks or what I found to be effective, is to put blocks (I use Lynx levelers) under the tires, mostly when one side is slightly lower than the other

Hi all fellow Bullet Premier owners, hope you are all enjoying your units as much as me and the wife and our 2 German Shepherd sare enjoying ours.

We are headed out this weekend for 2 weeks to Osoyoos, BC Canada which for those not familair with this area, it is a desrt climate where temps can climb above 40 degrees celius for days on end.I have a quick question,does any see a problem with running the AC for pretty much 24/7 and should we leave it on Auto ? or high during the day and put it to low at night ? What temp should we set it at 20 degrees celius ? Thanks in advance for your help.

I leave mine running all the time on Auto, this last weekend it ran almost non-stop. When I'm not there during the week i'll set it to a little higher temp.

When the weather warrants it, we leave the A/C on auto all the time we are in the RV. I didn't worry about high or low fan speeds because when it's hot, i'd rather the system cool down as quickly as possible. That means I prefer short bursts at high vs long stretches at low. The only time we would turn the A/C off is if we were away from the RV or we needed to use the microwave. We found that using the microwave at the same time the A/C was working would blow the fuse.

I've noticed doors binding on both my Tango and the Premier if I crank the jacks too much. Because of my experience with my Tango (cranked it so high the tires lifted), I learned to be more careful with the Premier. That said, I think because the frame is so long with lightweight aluminum framing in the walls, it's easy to twist things even when you don't crank the jacks that much.

While I sometimes notice binding with the front door and have had to adjust the latches on both screen doors, and have noticed tightness/rubbing on some of the inside cupboards and bathroom door, I have not had any problems with the kitchen door. Whenever it happens, however, It is a reminder to myself to make sure I torque each jack to the same setting, and/or ease back a little more.

That's a nice looking camper you have! We leave our AC on 24/7 when its summer time and we're camping. I assume the area you're going to be camping is dry. Just remember if it is humid (most often at night) then you need to keep the fan speed high and/or reduce temperature. If its to low of an air flow going across the coils that may cause them to freeze up. The air conditioners made today usually keep the inside about 20 degrees colder than the air is pulls in. So 100 degrees outside would expect at best to be about 80 degrees inside.

Thanks all for the AC tips.

I have finally got around to taking my mods photos and have posted them to picasa. I have captioned them all so hopefully they make sense if not just ask. Alot of these mods were inspired by all of you and a special tip of the hat to Virtual Garage. I do have a few in there that I think I can call my own and of course feel free to be inspired by and duplicate at will. Here is the link.
