Is there any technical reason why I couldn't leave the outdoor kitchen stove plugged in to the gas line all the time? I'm thinking of routing the supply hose through a access hole under the sink instead of having to route it through the access hole in the side panel below the kitchen door. I could still turn it on/off using the valve, but would just leave it plugged in? 2011 GMC 2500 D-Max Denali 2015 Palomino Columbus 325RL Our kids have 4 legs. "> |

Hey SabreCanuck, Potential Dumb Question Alert: I'm loooking at the following grill and wondered if you could hook this up to the Bullet via the propane line? Anyone have experience with this grill too? It has many favorable reviews! http://www.amazon.com/Coleman-9941-768-Road-Trip-Grill/dp/B00006JBL5 Thanks! 2011 Bullet Premier 31BHPR with comfort package Pro Pride Hitch w/ Prodigy P2. I think that you would need to convert this grill to low pressure propane (usually by removing a pressure regulator) 2011 KZ 321BHS Pulled by a 2007 Toyota Tundra Crewmax 5.7 Connected with a Reese Dual Cam Stopped by a Tekonsha P3 ![]() |

I've seen people use an item called Extend-A-Flow by Marshall. All these things seem pricey but if it works ... Is this what you're talking about wanting to do? FensterRV wrote:

I have a Coleman Roadtrip that I use, with the small bottles. I checked in to getting a line made for it to plug in to my 31BHPR @ the outdoor kitchen but it seemed to be more expensive than it was worth, since I already had about 15 of the bottles. Maybe down the road I will, but for now, I'll stick to the way it comes. I would however shop around for the grill. Walmart.com has the same grill for $148.00 and I ordered the Paul Jr Design model from Home Depot for $150.00 with free shipping. 2011 Bullet Premier 31BHPR 2009 Chevy Silverado 1500 HD No Mission Too Difficult No Sacrifice Too Great DUTY FIRST! 31BHPR Mods |

I got the plexiglass installed over the tv opening today, but dont know how to post pics on here. I decided to just go with 9 squares of velcro 4 in top corners, three in the middle and two on the bottom. In between them I found some felt that I had laying around and put that on there. I also went ahead and installed two Purell hand sanitzer despensers, one in the outdoor and one in the indoor kitchen areas. Along with them I put up a couple of paper towel holders, and a towel rod, toilet paper holder, hand towel holder and a hook in the bathroom area. I used anchors and screws for the paper towel and bathroom stuff, and 3M double sided tape for the despencers. All in all, not bad for an hours worth of work. Ready to try it all on next weekend.

I was talking about the existing Coleman Stove that swings out from under the sink.. The supply line to that stove is supposed to be fed through a little hole in the fairing and plugged into te supply line under the trailer. I'm just thinking of drilling access hole through "outdoor kitchen floor" and running the hose through it and never unplugging it. ?? |

We have the same grill and it works great. I too was looking for a way to connect it and decided that if I take off the regulator and put a female quick connect on, I could then use a male-to-male quick connect hose to make it work. I just don't feel like spending the money, though I am down to 4 bottles... 2014 KZ Inferno 3712T 2015 Ford F350 DRW Platinum 6.7L 2010 Ford F250 Crew Cab 6.4L ![]() |

It would be just a matter of finding the fitting/adapter: One end of the hose would be the quick-connect fitting that goes to the RV and the other end would look like the end of a traditional propane tank. 2007 GMC Yukon XL Denali ~ 2010 Keystone Premier 31BHPR ~ Sold: 2009 Tango 289BH ProPride 3P Hitch ~ RV Modifications ~ Gear & Accessories ~ Road Trip 2010 ![]() |

My question is whether or not the quick-connect fitting would provide as good a weather-proof connection as the traditional propane Acme nut does. If not, it could probably be protected if needed. Being located near the wheel area, would the exposed hose get any additional wear and tear from the elements? The other issue is drilling a hole straight up from underneath the RV to under the sink counter. I'm sure you could seal it so that no moisture enters that way, but I generally don't like to drill holes. There may be more material to drill through there than anticipated. |
