I had water get in my in-line fuse holder and corrode the contacts to where the jack wouldn't work. My dealer tried to get me just the wire but instead I got a brand new jack!

I noticed that a lot of the electrical connections in the front of the trailer are very exposed. I used a tube of dielectric grease to protect them from corrosion. I use this stuff for my snowplow and it works great. Its is available at an auto parts store. Just smear the stuff on any electrical connection.

Yeah, I've done the same thing but didn't do it to that fuse because I figure it was in a waterproof caseing. It's got it now.

We recently purchased the 27RBPR. It's just the two of us and the dog so didn't need the bunks.

Anyone else out there have the 27RBPR?

We just got back from our first trip out with the 31BHPR! Im going to start with the cons, since there are more to list.

CONS:
In the outdoor kitchen area:
* The TV has a gap around it which I was affraid would let bugs in, so I shoved some paper towels around it, and it seamed to work. Looking for more ideas for that.
* Maybe it was the way I was jacked up, but the overhead kitchen door was not square to the frame, so I had to shove it shut at night.
* The A/C unit was a bit loud when the heater was on for anyone trying to sleep in the super slide.

PROS:
* EVERYTHING ELSE!!
This camper is awsome! Lots of room for the kids to PLAY INSIDE the camper. Set up and tear down were both super easy. We had several other families come over and ask to check it out.

We are really looking forward to warmer weather so we can get out more often.

Excuse my previous post, I tried to comment on this from the iPad this morning and my comments didn't come through. I noticed the same thing on the outside TV as NetAndDavid and plan to use some rubber weather stripping you typically use for storm doors around both sides of the rotating TV housing. That should hopefully create a nice seal against bugs/spiders and any weather from the outside to the inside.

Can anyone confirm the length of the cam locks required to replace the locks on the outside kitchen and the front storage. Tks!

Sorry it took so long to get the info. The front storage locks are 1 1/8" which is the longest of the "standard" easily available size for cam locks. The outside kitchen I think is the next size up, but is much less common. I'm heading out tonight and I'll be able to confirm the size since I forget what I measured before.

I just got this in before our first campout last weekend ( had to re-winterize a couple of nights ago...).
I had to relocate the receptical back but the installation looks clean and safes a bunch of counter space.

Wonderful job! Care to share the brand/model you used? I have the smaller bullet so probably can't do this in ours. We'll have a movein week next month just for the purpose of considering doing these sort of things. Thanks for sharing! Happy trails [emoticon]

What exactly is the appliance? I see the coffee maker but what else does it do?

I think it's a Black and Decker Spacemaker coffee maker. Probably has clock, timer, shows amount of water, place for water and filter. Just looks different than our standard coffee maker designs. Wish I had room for one!

Yes, it's a Black and Decker. I tried to find one that was under 15 1/2 in. wide so I could mount it directly in but they seem to be the only manufacture these days.
As it was just 3/8 in. too wide, I mounted it using some robber stoppers to a trim piece. Then mounted that to the cabinet. One less thing to set up when camping also.
