Tell me a little about the walk through process if you can. Are dealers very accomadating about addressing issues you may find wrong when walking through?
Thanks!

Todays walkthrough was quite easy. We spent about 2.5 hours going over all of the systems inside and out. I could spend an hour on here alone typing everything we checked out. We did find a few small issues.
1. The water purifier filter under the sink was bypassed from the factory. Make sure the dealer hooks it up.
2. The stitching was torn on the rear of the sofa back. Local canvas shop to fix.
3. I wanted the casters on the trundle bed reinforced. The staples looked pretty flimsily.
4. Molding was falling off the framework around te dinette

Everything will be fixed before we pick her up next week.

Question on the 31bhpr
Today we did our walkthrough as noted on the post above. We noticed that the trundle bed and the sofa bed when opened up do not sit flat due to the slide being higher than the rest of the floor. When the trundle is pulled out half of it sits on the slide and the other half sits towards the center of the floor causing the bed to tilt "in". When we opened up the sofa bed the legs at the foot of the bed would not touch the floor due to the sofa base sitting up on the slide. Has anyone else noticed this? Any problems?

I'm pretty sure my sofa bed was on the floor when it was out, only had it out twice, once just because, and another for someone to sleep on it. She said it was very comfy....
The trundle bed we've had one 4 year old sleep on it, he didn't complain!
I'm going to take the trundle out of ours and slide those under the bed Tupperware containers under there for my boy's toys and stuff. If we take a guest with us it'll be easy enough to throw it back in there if needed.

We just picked ours back up from the dealer, we had those warranty things fixed, I was very impressed by them. They fixed/replaced every little thing I told them about and it only took them a little over 2 weeks! I expected them to have it for a month and a half at least!

The thing I am most surprised over is they fixed the lower bunk front board, my 3 year old at the time son was laying on the bunk, my wife was laying on it with him, then I came along and sat On the edge (not the smartest thing for me to do) CRACK! The facia board had a crack in it and the real board behind it was cracked almost all the way through. They replaced both boards.
I don't know what they replaced the outdoor speakers with but they sound a whole lot better than the old ones did.
Very happy with Flint Hills RV next to Wichita, KS!

Forgot to mention: when I got all hooked up ready to leave I noticed on my walk around that my battery box hold down strap, and one of the covers for my bumper was missing. They took new ones off the shelf in their store and gave them to me.

Soon to be new Premier 31 BH owner with a silly question. What size is the ball hitch, I am trading in my 21SSO Antigua and want to use my Equalizer hitch. Thanks. Jim

2 5/16"

I would think the hitch you used with your old one already has that size ball.

Did I miss something? How do you make the front or rear jack removeable?
