Thanks While I do not have a Bullet Premier I do have a bike rack on our Passport 300 BH. The Bullet Premier and the Passport are very similar (if not identical) in construction so I think you would be able to do the same. I purchased a Bulldog Accessory hitch that bolted to the frame of the camper. I was then able to use a valley reciever mounted bike rack. The only modification I made was to replace the reciever insert with a 3 ft long piece of 3 in solid square stock. I did this so that I could get the rack out past the spare tire mounted on the back of the trailer. I have used this setup for 3 years and so has my brother. Neither one of us have had any issues with it in this time frame. Thanks for the feedback, how many bikes do you haul like this? Thanks I currently only carry 2 bikes on the rack because we only have need for 2. Our daughter is only 4. However, my brother runs the exact same setup on an Antiqua hybrid trailer and carries 3 bikes with no issues. In both my scenario and my brothers we are carrying Schwinn all aluminum framed bikes, so they are not the heaviest bikes on the market, however they are not the lightest either. I have no doubt that we could easily carry the 4 bikes that the bike carrier was designed for if we had need. Make sure you buy a GOOD bolt on receiver ($50 +). I bought a cheap one which lasted for 6 years then disapeared one trip with all of our bikes....... Bikes do get bounced around in the back so make sure to have a safety cable though the bikes attached to the camper. 2014 Heartland 305RW Road Warrior 2012 Ford F250 Lariat |

okay about the 3 step in the back. i recently had to have some body work done to my camper because i ripped my rear steps out (aggghhhh!) painful story so i wont repeat it. i told the place that did the repairs, if they could find a 3 step for them i would pay the extra cash. he tried 2-3 different sets and never could get one that fit. the 3 steps seem to be wider than the two step. not saying it can't be done, just that he couldn't get it done. Could you post a link to the bulldog accessory you used which does not sound like you had to do any welding to the frame. I could not find anything that seems to be what you are talking about on the bulldog website. tks |

When the dealer changed my steps, I told them to just give me the steps and I would put them on, they said they would be wider and would have to cut and weld so I let them do it. the 3 step set is, I'm estimating here, about 3 inches wider than the 2 step ones. They had to cut the original brackets off the frame and weld new ones on and they cut the sheet metal under pinning, or whatever you want to call it, to accomodate the wider steps. They told me the same thing, all 3 step sets are wider than the 2 step ones that come on our TT. I've never searched for any myself that are the same width, there might be some out there somewhere... 2009 Chevy Z71 CrewCab 2010 Bullet Premier 31BHPR |

sounds about right. i was hopeing to get the 3 step on the rear but the body shop guy didn't want to get into that. i think you are correct about the 3 inches. it was much but just enough to be a pain.

Hey guys, Has anyone put on a Oxygenics shower head yet, or upgraded the thermostat. I'm putting together a bucket list of launch type of improvements and I would love to discuss some of them.

Tomorrow we do our walk through on our 31. Unfortunately the roads are just to nasty to actually bring her home from the shop just yet.

We almost had the same problem 3 weeks ago. Our scheduled pick up was on a Saturday 4 days after a major ice storm. More snow was scheduled for Saturday so I put 70 lbs of ice melt on the drive way and chipped like mad Thursday evening so I could get my old camper out. Had fun pulling my old one out and to the dealer to trade her in as there must have been 1,000 lbs of ice/snow that I could not get off.... but the new one is home safe and sound... ![]() |

Tell me a little about the walk through process if you can. Are dealers very accomadating about addressing issues you may find wrong when walking through? Thanks! Bill |
