The rear passenger side leaf spring is sagging slightly... I can fake it with the air bags but before the next trip we'll need to get the 11 year spring check up. The camper hasn't been off the truck a month in more than 10 years.
Looking down river.... we can see the rain coming in again.

When it rains or is too cold to get out we just do something else. Janet switches back and forth between cross stitch and reading.
Shes the perfect travel partner... happy all the time.

It has beed a very hard year and a half.
Everyday I promise myself "I will get better"
But I sure look like hades. I took my only selfie.

The worker on the bridge impress me... the reason thay have been able to tear down the old bridge, rebuild the piers, and almost finish the new nridge is nothing stops them. They should be proud of them selves...

The Kanawha River, the C&O, and B&O Rail Roads are always busy here in the Kanawha Valley... when we still lived here there were 33 major chemical factories all bringing raw materials and equipment in and shipping finished chemicals back out.
The pay was good, the health risk was high... like everywhere, we traded our health for money.
Some things have changed.... but the river is still important to commerce.
