We notice the weren't any places to eat... that's unusual. There must me a more upscale area.

We left the older part of town and headed north. We found a new road with chain resturants and stores. I don't usually chose the chains but "Bob Evans" had a sign that attracted Janet. They were featuring their Turkey Dinners.

When we were young it was a big deal to take a Sunday drive to Gallipolis, Ohio for Sunday dinner at the Original (and maybe only) Bob Evans. At the time their food was outstanding, now the food turned out to be average... Janet enjoyed it though.

The best thing I came away with was directions to a nice park a few miles away.... we needed to exercise.

We stopped by Walmart and bought Janet some craft supplies and headed to the park.

We passed this model in someones front yard.

I want one!

The wind was really kicking... after all of the rain any blue sky was welcome.

We drove all around the park area.... along one edge was a river and some shade. We parked out in the sun... it took off the chill and let the PVSolar have at the batteries. our Solar controller is set at 14.8 VDC to the AGM batteries... the full sun topped them off for the first time in a couple of days.

With the wind... Janet was happy to read inside the camper.

There is an optical distortion... the slide out isn't really crooked.
