Florida likes the small print or none at all. Seen several stations with small disclaimers for price of fuel, like must use Marathon credit card. Some post one thing but the pump says different. Buyer beware

Since there is only one permitted thread on fuel... and the search feature was useless,I'll ask here;
Next spring we are planning a 6000 mile trip; Houston, Dallas, OKC, KC, Denver, Cheyenne, Yellowstone, SLC, Grand Canyon, Santa Fe, Carlsbad, Houston.
Our rig gets 350-400 miles per tank. Would an auxiliary tank in the TV bed a prudent measure? Or is there enough places to buy diesel at fair prices we don't have to worry?

Post your question on "General RVing Issues"
Personally I would just carry a 5 full of diesel, you should be fine.

We try to never get below 1/4 tank. In my travels to all of the lower 48, I have only come close to running out of fuel once and that was due to driver error. My coach can far out run my bladder.

Hi
300 miles would be more than adequate between fuel stops unless it is a major holiday when nearly everything is closed.
Regards, Don
My ride is a 28 foot Class C, 256 watts solar, 556 amp-hours of Telcom jars, 3000 watt Magnum hybrid inverter, Sola Basic Autoformer, Microair Easy Start.
