This looks like a beautiful site, on the edge of a lake, nice and sunny. But the weather turned bad, we had 30mph winds and rain for 3 days straight coming right over the lake day and night. Temps 35f to 50f. Ended up moving our camp into the forest:

Pigeon River Forest, Northern Michigan.
Got a new TT, 18' Crossroads Zinger, heading back there next week.

We thought it would be nicer also. First time at that spot. Couldn't keep a fire going (wood too wet and the wind would blow it out, even with charcoal lighter) and the wind would actually shake the trailer constantly. Second spot actually was a lot better, inside the deep woods and a lot of dead oak trees around for firewood.

bigred1cav,
Nearest city is Vanderbilt MI, about 20 miles. I've seen some big trailers in here, but I wouldn't chance it. There are 3 rustic campgrounds in the area with outhouses and a hand pump well which are easier to access.

That is Jim Sprick Park in the Nile Valley of Wa State.
Nice site for large organized events. The PNW4WDA holds the Jamboree there, and their annual forest cleanup
