With as long and small as those roof supports are I doubt you could ever get all the sag out even if they were brand new Oak. You might think about reinforcing them with a piece of angle iron bolted to them.
Thats why I dont like getting on top of my trailer. There just isnt much support up there.

WOW! I have a 2005 FS30 that we purchased brand new. It's suppose to have a full walk on roof! after seeing these photo's I am a little concerned about being up there. We have had no problems with the roof yet! I wonder which location that this unit was built at? Does it shown it on the Trailer ID> It's no wonder WW (Weekend Warrior) went out of business - sad to think you spent lots of money for this trailer - only to have this happen - It's only 2 years old.
Hope things work out and you are able to repair it correctly without spending thousands on it...
Cheers

Suggestions on how to fix would be very welcomed :0(
sorry to hear it. I just discovered the same problem with mine - one week after I rebuilt my ramp!!! (see here ) I did not have time to repair the roof myself (was supposed to take it on a week long trip to a family reunion, but we did luck out and get dibs on the guest house) I had to leave it with a company near my home that did a pretty good job.
I were doing it myself, I would replace all the damaged wood with pressure treated wood and the osb with exterior grade plywood. And replace every screw you take out with stainless steel screws. Also, replace the fiberglass bats with mylar backed foam boards (face the mylar up so that it reflects the heat back up and out of the trailer) Just my $0.02.

I didnt want to go any further than the roof but I had to remove the front cowling and repair the top right corner.

Has anyone ever thought about painting the OSB board with a good oil based paint before putting the roof material back on? I would think this would give the OSB a better waterproof coating in case of any future leaks.

Congrats, do you want to come to Ohio and help me do mine now that you're experienced?
Did you reinstall the existing vinyl membrane or replace it?

I just laid the old membrane back down. it is still in good shape. Total cost for me to do the repair was little over a hundred dollars.

And a whole lot of time and aggravation! Not what you would expect out of a new trailer.
