I called on 7/15 and was told they would soon be authorizing warranty repairs. However, when I called today I was told they were liquidating WW! I was told I would have to have any repairs done under my extended warranty. They did give me a phone number for parts (while they were still available) 951-294-1399.

O.K. so I just bought my Rage'n Xtra-Lite 3205 in February. I was sure it was the best of the best and I am still convinced it is. I did invest in an extended warranty, whew!!!, and don't expect any issues.

However, should I need parts, what to do?

I called Rage'n and was told yes the doors are closed, bummer...

But there is another separate company, Weekend Warrior Gear http://weekendwarriorgear.com/wewatoyhapa.html , and parts can be purchased here.

This company is disconnected from the parent, and as such is not seized with the other assets!!! Yipeee!!!!

So, if you need parts, you can get them. My guess is that warranty work, other than those specified in the lawsuit, will be a thing of the past.

I'm wondering how the extended warranties will be used if the company is no longer in business?

Guess I'll have to ask my lawyer.

So this thread has spiraled around and around since I started it back in Dec.

I'm curious to know how many members have had their trailers fixed as part of the class action?

I assume the lawyers have folded up their tents and gone home now that there's no manufacturer left to bilk? Is that correct? Is the class action effort kaput now?

NO the lawyers just get in the long line of people that WW owe money too. Of course the bank will get their money first, if any money is left it will be paid out down the list by how important people are. LOL Lawyers may be at the TOP just behind the bank.

BUT im guessing no money will be left once the bank gets what they can, because if WW had the assets to cover the bank loans they wouldnt be in this position HUH

I don't know much about how these lawsuits work, but don't the lawyers only get paid on the basis of the claims that are settled?

No WW, no repairs.

No repairs, no individual settlements.

No settlements, no $$$ for the sharks.

Is that scenario correct? Hope so.

Seems to me the banks and other creditors should get paid before the lawyers. But I guess not much is fair.

Well I got my WW FS2500 back yesterday from the WW factory in Cali. They had a truck deliver it to my house and I have to say I am VERY VERY happy with work they did.

Sorry, didn't see this post when I posted above! OOPS!!!! Great news. I have spoken to Jamie and Jim several times in the past 2 weeks. They don't know if the company will survive but they have been very upfront with me concerning my questions and getting my coach back to me. Heres' hoping.....

Yep Ive been talking to Jamie, Jim and Mark about the company and my trailer. Mark even answers his own phone when he is at his desk. They where great people do deal with and made sure I got my trailer back when I needed it. All the work I needed done was done great.
Trailer was washed inside and out carpet cleaned and vacuumed and floors cleaned. I am very happy. My trailer is over 2 years old also, so I believe I was actually out of warranty

Hoorray!!!My coach arrived today at noon!. My floor is unbelieveable compared to original, just like the garages on the fivers!. Frame was braced underneath to keep the spring hangers from flexing, prophylactic fix to the tongue although not needed, roof completetly resealed, new bench seat that I damaged (I didn't ask for half of these things!) Fridge ran all the way from Cali to Galveston!!!...no problems!!! I have to say I was VERY skeptical that I would even see my coach again without a major brewhaha,..........butttttttttttt it's here and I'm impressed. I should also qualify this by saying it should have been like this from the begining. I had to do something unmentionable on this forum to achieve this response. But cheers to jim Goodwin & Jamie & owner Mark Warmouth......Thanks again for trying to bring this thing out of the mire and make it what it should be!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To all of those that have FS2300 & FS2500's frame twisting that did not get fixed. The bracing is very simple. Square tubing between all six spring hangers from side to side. Extra outriggers between wheels, and some extra bracing on all other outriggers. They even did the class action beef up on the tongue (not needed, I had the thicker tongue already). I just got back from a 300 mile roundtrip loaded to over 8k. This thing pulls soooo much better than before. All the extra stiffening helped more than one area. the trailer used to bounce badly at the tongue, no more. It tracks well also. the spring hangers were obviously flexing from side to side. I am very picky about how a trailer tows. These mods couldn't be more than $400.00 with the steel. i would highly recommend it on all these coaches '06 to '08. the '09's have these things done from the factory.
