OK here we go.
-Complete new middle section of frame was installed (gusset to gusset)
-all connecting bracing which travels from one side to the other was new and welded together (very good welds by the way)
-An additional "outrigger" was installed on both sides of the trailer between the two axles.
-Bracing was welded onto the bottom of the c-channel frame extending from the bottom up to the lateral bracing extending about 1 foot from frame to cross member
-spring hangers were reattached/welded to bottom of frame with an additional 1/4 piece of steel used as backing to provide 100 percent surface area to be in contact.
-there are 3 spring hangers (double axle) / shackle hangers located on each side of the trailer for a total of 6. A piece of 2x2 tube steel was installed from one hanger to the other located on the other side of the trailer. This is to prevent any side to side movement when the trailer axles are cutting during a turn.

thats about the extent of it. on the inside i know what they fixed but i cant figure out how. All of the cabinets line up, tv is perfect, beds operate smoothly, complete new floor from vinyl back to ramp door. no signs of any fix to be detected.

There was a tongue problem. which means that it was a weight problem, however my trailer has the beefed up tongue already they did not touch it.

I will try to get some pics up

Call Max or Jamie on Monday or Tuesday to find out what is being done and when it will be finished.

Anyone know Mark's or Jamie's extension ? I have tried Max and he does not return my calls.

Thanks,
J

OOooo NO Im not angry at all..... They have been GREAT to me. I know with everything going on its hard to get a hold of people. I actually emailed MARK, which I know the email does not go directly to him but it got to Jamie and she emailed me back and confirmed the list of items I need them to look at and said they have it marked HOT and they are hoping to get it done by July 11th.

I have to say with something major happening like this I am glad I got a WW and glad MARK is the kind of guy who wants to make his customers happy.

Yes they have been good. I talked to Jamie yesterday and she gave me a date of the 26th for completion. I explained I was going on a camping trip the 27th (now the 28th) and she moved my trailer up and it will be done Monday and I will get it the 26th.
We will see when it comes back how happy I am. but I think everything will be fine.

Well mine is supposed to be ready the 27th (I hope). Talked to Jamie a couple times myself, she's on top of as much as she can be. Her boss is Jim Goodwin @ ext165, but I think she fields all the calls. I haven't talked to him yet, only Max, and Max told me Jim was taking these jobs over for him.

Jamie has answered the phone everytime I have called. I talked to her today and my trailer is finished and was being picked up at noon to be delivered. I should see it Thursday or Friday.

I have a question concerning the Weekend Warrior settlement. I just found out that my 2007 LE3305 trailer might be covered under this settlement. I have not had any issues with the trailer to this point.
I would like to know if anyone can please tell me what I should I look for as it relates to any possible frame issues or was the settlement just related to pull trailers.

I spoke to my local dealer where I purchased the trailer and they refer me to the Garden City Group ( 866-459-6003 )

I have called and left several voice mails for them to contact me, with no success.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

My FS2500 was delivered back today. had all the same fixes as above. New floor, counter, Diamond plate, and other small things inside were also replaced. Very happy with it so far. Going on a week trip this Sunday. I will report how everything holds up.
