10 years ago a chose a red F250 that was only about 19' long. It used to be an uncommon color, but I started to see many more show up after owning mine. I wanted a different color than the norm yet something that was not obnoxiously loud in presentation.

The above picture was taken three years ago before I added camper tie downs and 19.5" wheels. The pictures bellow were parting shots when it recently sold.

I wanted a HD pickup for a new tow rig, but the wife wanted a SUV. We compromised and bought a HD SUV for her DD and my tow rig. Guess we are sticking with a TT ![grin [emoticon]](http://www.coastresorts.com/sharedcontent/cfb/images/grin.gif)

That's... interesting.
I'll stick with my TT, if we decide to upgrade down the road it is easier to find the floorplan we like in a TT anyway.

can you imagine what the descent would be like ?
i swear this has got to be the dumbest thing I've seen in a long time !
I can just see people (trying) to tow 40 foot toter homes with 1/2 ton pickups, toyota tacoma's or jeep wranglers & nissan xterra's

I aggree. I really don't see how it's safer. Just more******to maintenance and store. If a rig is properly outfitted to begin with, there's no need to even invent such a thing. If you want a fifth wheel or gooseneck, you buy the appropriate truck.

its got more of everything (that i don't want)....including a winch, drive, brakes, small tires, regular tires, bearings and its own 12v BATTERY !?!?!
I see NO spare tire(s) mount....i guess you can use the TRUCK tire, but is that the same size /lug pattern/offset (i guess it depends on what you're towing with....dodge/GM or FORD) ?
I emailed 'em just to find out the specs (weight, length, weight) and price - but i still haven't heard anything. Im guessing this is a pretty limited operation (and support structure).
