Very nice truck and trailer, BUT crank on those spring bars! It's just not right seeing a F250 dragging a$$. [emoticon]

This is by far the coolest truck I've seen on this forum.

Is there a smiley icon for 'bowing before the master'? I need one like that right now. [emoticon]

I used to tow a 14000lb bumper pull concession trailer with a 1987 Chevy p600 walkin van. It had a 19280 gvw and the lowly 8.2 detroit/allison 545. It was an ex philly inquirer paper truck that had its 4th 8.2 liter 500ci na detroit replaced before we got rid of it.

Here is our 1998 K3500 family hauler, bed packed with gear, canoe on the roof, and not a worry at all towing a 5000lb HTT.

Nice truck, a bit over kill with a 1 ton for a 5000 lbs loaded HTT but better to have to much, than not enough. [emoticon]

Anyhow, nothing wrong with a 2008 midsize V8 truck pulling a 23' 5000 lbs trailer. Mine did great, just worse mileage than the F150.
