I camped next to this homemade "scorpion" this summer. The couple was a real hoot. Totally into "engineering" stuff. They carried a golf cart on the front of the flatbed rig.

Got away this weekend. Weather was perfect but it was a bit smoky from forest fires. Stayed at one of our favorite camp spots and got this pitures. Just thought I would share again.

I drove 918 miles round trip yesterday to pick up my first tent trailer.
Starcraft 13RT. The seller had it set up when I arrived and it looked great. I cant wait to pop it back up again. Now come the time to learn the system; furnace, fridge, toilet, hookups....etc.
I live in the eastern Sierras. I hope I have a chance to get out before it gets too cold.
