Thanks for the help. I just spent 15 minutes trying to fix...must be a setting in my photobucket now? I tried what you suggested and even in full view the photos are smaller than I usually get. Oh well, the photos read okay like they are.

That's site #384 at Stone Mountain, Ga. Looking at the map, it appears there are many nicer sites, but that's not so in reality. Most of the ones closer to the water were on steep sites that had our trailers back side to the water.

What an AWESOME thread!!! The only downfall is that this is not done by state!! We would LOVE to stay at some of those great sites but are too far from us on the Northeast coast! Would love to be able to separate the CG's by state being who has the time to scroll through 133 pages!?! (though I wish I did!)

Rocky point campground Lake Almanor CA mid September 2012.
Camp there a lot...we don't have the 5th wheel pictured anymore.

Not too busy the last time up there everyone who was camping there had been forced out by a fire just South of the camp.
We got up there right after the last two loops reopened.

Natural Bridge State Resort Park in Slade KY. There are two campgrounds, Whittelton and Middle Fork. Whittlelton is for very small campers and is packed in, Middle Fork is a little more spread out. Its beautiful.

How did you like the Townsend KOA? We've been going to Townsend for years but have never camped b/c I didn't trust our old motorhome to make it that far. But now we have the new camper and truck so we are thinking of camping there this next winter. Plenty of waterfront sites big enough for a 36' travel trailer?

Cumberland Gap National Historical Park, row C, electric.

Big Meadows Campground, Townsend, TN. The sites along this row are 3 through 11. Concrete pads, FHU. Pads are narrow and not very long. There's a road between the sites and "Little River", but the campground owns the waterfront and have seating there for the campers. Beautiful place and wonderful campground with clean bathrooms and an on-site store.
