I've been following this heartwarming story, and this is my first post. Hang in there "Old Fellow", you have been through so much and you have just got to pull through this bump in the road, too. Our Basset, Bubba, sends his "Get Well Arooooo's" and lots of healing drool your way, along with our prayers for you and the wonderful family that has taken you into their hearts.

Good Morning everyone,
Please keep the prayers going for Richard and Old Fella. They seem to be working.
I just got off the phone with Richard.
Last night they thought they lost him, but this morning he is doing better. Last night he could not even lift his head, and not hardly breathing at all.
This am he got up went out side and even ate a little bit.
His breathing is really labored and shallow, but better than last night. I told Richard about all the prayers out here for him and Old Fella.
Thank you everyone.

I am hoping for the best for Old Fella. He has been through so much and now has his shot at a happy and loving life. Richard, this has to be so hard for you...maybe you can take some comfort in knowing that you and your dog have a legion of friends who have you both in their thoughts and prayers.
