I picked up a new to me pop-up that I will be fixing up. A 1988 Keystone. I got it for a great price and it even matches the color of my truck. The caribou sold yesterday!

What an amazing collection of rigs here! We finally upgraded our rig last year - 2012 diesel F-450 with an Aluma 14' trailer for the Jeep (after towing 4 down forever with a 6.0 F350) Now we can back up! Amazed at the power this new Ford diesel has, it doesn't even know that trailer's back there ![smile [emoticon]](http://www.coastresorts.com/sharedcontent/cfb/images/smile.gif)

This was our third outing with the new TC. This was taken up in Northern Arizona above the Grand Canyon.

Just picked up a TC with a truck too!
TC is an '87 Wilderness Alpine (9ft). Tons of space and
Truck is a '96 F250 with the 7.5L gas drain (gas guzzler seems a bit too gentle). Plenty of power though!
Picture when I just got it:

I have been a lurker in this forum for some time. After a year of reading and learning from all of you about truck campers, I took the plunge and purchased one for myself (used Lance 855). The entire winter the camper was in storage, but this weekend I was finally able to get it mounted on my truck and took it for a "shakedown cruise". The trip was only to my backyard and I spend most of the time cleaning the camper and learning how everything worked, however according to my kids it was the best trip ever! Looking forward to a summer of travels to the beach and the mountains in my new camper with my family and friends. Thanks to all of you for the inspiration and great advice posted here.
