Resort Usage
To visit Coast to Coast affiliated resorts, you must be in good standing with both Coast to Coast and your home resort. You may visit any resort in the system, other than your home resort, twice a year and stay up to seven days per visit. You must wait at least 30 days before making your second visit to the same resort in a calendar year.
Camping Cards
You need one Camping Card for each night you stay at an affiliated resort. Camping cards may be purchased for $6 each from either your home resort or Coast to Coast. How to Order Cards.
125-Mile
The affiliated resorts you visit must be located outside a 125-mile radius of your home resort. If you belong to a multi-resort system, your home resort is considered to be the one located nearest to your residence. If you purchased your membership at an offsite location (a location other than your home resort), you have a dual 125-mile radius from both your Home Resort and your Home of Record.
No-Show
Site reservations will be held until 6:00 p.m., local time (5:00 p.m. during winter months), unless you notify the resort that you will be arriving later (not all resorts accept late arrivals). If you cannot keep a reservation, you must notify the resort so that space can be made available for others members. Failure to cancel a reservation may result in loss of a visit.
Site Occupancy
Each site is reservation is limited to four adults - the member, one immediate family member and two guests. You and your guests must travel together and occupy one RV on one campsite.
Access
Access to affiliated resorts is on a space-available basis relative to the number of designated Coast to Coast membership sites. Not all sites in every resort are designated to the Coast to Coast system. Resorts cannot guarantee that space will be available and may manage site availability through reservations.
Reciprocal Use
Reciprocity is at the heart of the Coast to Coast system. All affiliated resorts are expected to treat traveling members as they want their members to be treated. Therefore, restrictions adopted by your home resort, in addition to those identified in this directory, may be applied to you when you visit other resorts in the system. For example, if your home resort chooses to further limit the standard 60-day reservations window, the same limitation may be applied to you.
System Notes
Resorts reserve the right to charge visiting Coast to Coast Members at the same rate as their own members for the use of special amenities such as cable, TV Hook-ups, golf courses, water slides and horse back riding. Resorts will accept mail for visiting members unless otherwise stated. If mail is not accepted, it should be directed to General Delivery, in care of the local post office. Members requiring handicap facilities should contact each resort to identify availability of access.
All the CCC & CCR rules also apply to Coast Deluxe Program members, however additional clarification needs to be made regarding usage and some additional benefits available to Coast Deluxe Program members.

In addition to the standard resort usage covered above, as a Coast Deluxe member, you may stay longer and return sooner to resorts participating in the Coast Deluxe program. You may choose two stays of up to 14 nights in peak season or unlimited stays in non-peak periods. You need only wait seven days before visiting the same Coast Deluxe resort again. Coast Deluxe resorts are identified in the online Resort Directory and in the CCC & CCR Directories with the oval Coast Deluxe logo beneath the resort number.
