Resort is 65 miles S of Kansas City on 2,000 acres of scenic rolling countryside near Missouri border. Observe wild turkey, Canada geese, ducks, deer, and bobcat at Marais des Cygnes Waterfowl Refuge. Spring and fall are favorite seasons due to bird migrations.

From Kansas City, KS, on I-435: Hwy 69 S to the 399th St Ex. W 0.5 mi to Jingo Rd. S at stop sign. At Linn County Line, Jingo Rd becomes Ullery Rd. S to the resort. Note: Google Maps will not get you to our front entrance.
