ENTER. There are two (2) ways to enter: (a) Enter by sending a testimonial of an experience you had using your Coast to Coast® membership to
[email protected] or by mail to Coast to Coast, Attn: President, PO Box 7028 Englewood, CO 80155.
Entrants may include one (1) picture with each entry. All entries must include entrant's name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth and Coast to
Coast member number to be valid. Testimonials longer than five (5) sentences may be disqualified or edited. (b) Enter without making a purchase, by sending a 3" x 5"
piece of paper with your name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth and mail it in an envelope with correct postage to Coast to Coast, Attn:
President, PO Box 7028 Englewood, CO 80155. Only one entry per person per Monthly Entry Period. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not
be returned or acknowledged. Entries from one Monthly Entry Period will not carry-over into subsequent Monthly Entry Periods.
DETERMINATION OF WINNER. One (1) potential prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each Monthly Entry Period on or around
the Drawing Date set forth in the chart in Section 2 above. The potential winner will be notified by email or phone around the 15th of each month. If a potential
winner cannot be contacted, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits his/her prize. In the event a potential winner forfeits the
prize or is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately four (4) weeks after the conclusion
of each Monthly Entry Period. Odds of winning a prize are determined by the number of eligible entries from all methods of entry each Monthly Entry Period.
PRIZES. One (1) $100 Merchandise Certificate redeemable at Camping World, Gander Outdoors, or Overton's retail locations, Retail Value $100, will be awarded to one
(1) prize winner each Monthly Entry Period. Total Retail Value of all prizes awarded $1,200. Sponsor will mail the Merchandise Certificate to the address provided
by the prize winner. No cash alternative to the prize is offered, but a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted by the Sponsor if the advertised prize
becomes unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes incurred in claiming and using the prize. Prize is not
transferable or assignable. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 from Sponsor if required based on the prize value.
GENERAL. All entries must be the sole, original work of the entrant and entrant must be the sole owner of the rights in and to the entry. Entrants may not copy or
otherwise plagiarize any part of the entry from any other source. Entry materials may not contain any third-party materials, and may not contain materials that violate
or infringe any third-party rights, including without limitation copyright, trademark rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights.
Entries may not have been published previously or have been submitted in any other sweepstakes. Entries must be in keeping with the Sponsors' image or they will be
disqualified, as determined by the Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion. Entry may not contain obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory, or inappropriate images or
text, including but not limited to nudity, acts of violence, acts that appear to cause injury or harm, or acts that are illegal or dangerous, as determined by the
Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion. Sponsors have the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether an Entry is eligible.
Each entrant consents to the use of his/her name, voice and/or likeness, testimonial, and any picture submitted by the Sponsor for advertising purposes without additional
compensation unless otherwise prohibited by law. By submitting an entry and/or accepting a prize, the entrant, assigns to the Sponsors all rights, titles, and interests
(collectively "Rights") in the testimonial entry or in any reproduction, product, or derivative work using or incorporating all or parts of the Entry and by assigning
such rights to Sponsors and Sponsors are permitted to use, reproduce, publish, edit, market, store, adapt, assign, sell, dispose of, distribute, have distributed, publicly
and privately display, communicate, publicly and privately perform, transmit, have transmitted, alter, create derivative works based upon, and promote the Entry or excerpts
of the Entry (as such may be edited and modified by Sponsors in their sole discretion) in perpetuity, for editorial, commercial, promotional, and all other purposes
(including posting on Sponsors' and their affiliates' websites, the Sweepstakes website and/or other Sponsor selected media).
RELEASE: By entering the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a prize, entrants hereby waive and release the Sponsor and its advertising and promotional agencies, and each of
their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, licensees, franchisees, contractors, distributors, suppliers, sales representatives, retailers,
advertising or Sweepstakes agencies, and each of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees, representatives, members, successors, agents and assigns
(collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind (including, without limitation, personal injury, death,
and/or property damage, as well as claims, where lawful, based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy) in connection with the Sweepstakes, including,
without limitation, those arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the Sweepstakes, or from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse
of any prize awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, and
understand that the results are final in all respects.
RESTRICTIONS AND DISCLAIMERS: Only entries that have completed the required fields are eligible for the Monthly Entry Period drawing. Each entrant is eligible to submit
one entry per Monthly Entry Period. Persons entering or attempting to enter more than once per Monthly Entry Period will be disqualified. Any attempt by any entrant
to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, and logins, or any other methods will void that
entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Should multiple users of the same email account enter the Sweepstakes and a dispute arises regarding the identity
of the entrant, the authorized subscriber of the email account, at the time of entry, will be considered the entrant, and determined in the Sponsor's discretion. The
definition of an account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization,
which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. No more than the number of prizes set forth in these
official rules will be awarded. Entries not legitimately submitted in accordance with these rules are void. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and
will result in disqualification. A POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY
PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL SAID ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WIN HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND SAID ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE AND ANY
DOCUMENTATION NECESSARY FOR VERIFICATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO SPONSOR OR SPONSOR'S DESIGNEE FOR VERIFICATION. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY OTHER EVIDENCE OF A WIN IN LIEU
OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of
the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.
DISQUALIFICATION / TERMINATION: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed
telephone or computer or telephone or cellular transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether
human, mechanical or electronic, including those resulting from the efforts of hackers. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes, and persons
entering or attempting to enter more than one time per Monthly Entry Period, as determined by the judges, will be disqualified. In the event any portion of this Sweepstakes
is compromised by virus, bugs, hackers, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors,
information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or
otherwise providing services related to this Sweepstakes which, in the opinion of Sponsor, impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes,
the Sweepstakes will be canceled. In the event of such cancelation Sponsor shall award the remaining prizes via a random drawing from among all eligible entries received
as of the date of termination. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws,
and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
GOVERNING LAW; DISPUTES: EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT: (I) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE
AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT IN CHICAGO, ILLINOIS (II) ANY AND
ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS'
FEES; AND (III) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL AN ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED
BY LAW, ALL ISSUES CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY AND ENFORCEMENT OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ENTRANT AND SPONSOR, SHALL BE CONSTRUED
AND GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAW RULES THAT MAY CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF A LAW OTHER THAN THE LAW OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS.
PRIVACY POLICY. Any personally identifiable information collected during entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes will be collected and used by Sponsor and its affiliates,
agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules. Entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes
consent to be added to Sponsor and related companies' direct mail and Internet marketing databases. Any use of entrant's personally identifying information will be in
accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy as stated at http://campingworld.com/help/privacy.cfm
WINNER LIST. Name of each prize winner can be viewed at CoastResorts.com/ContestWinners after the 15th day of each month during the Promotional Period through January 31, 2020.
