You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.
This is what I get too. Anyone have a suggestion, as to what next?

Huge fail with no Truck Camper sub section, and no user names to know who's who. many of us may be sticking a fork in it and saying we are done with Good Sam RV.Net.

I've been mostly a lurker, snagging useful information as it goes by. But I do that by getting daily emails from the forum, and then subscribing to any threads of interest. Not sure if the new community has that, but I am for sure not going to browse the community every day, life's too short.
Also there don't seem to be any instructions for people who have *both* a Good Sam account and an RV.net account. The login page says to log in with your Good Sam credentials, which I did. I don't think there was anything worth saving in my RV.net profile anyway (see above re: lurker :-D )
Now to try out the new community and see if I can subscribe to stuff.

Likewise. Seems like testing was lacking.

Same here, guess this is what happens when you try to fix something that's not broken.
Probably will be the same with RV magazine changing to WildSam.

Still getting used to it. I guess the old "new posts" is what is called "trending" now..

Mitch if you're still around, can you describe how to find Trending now? I swear I've clicked everywhere and I can't find it.

Has anybody been able to find the old stickeys? I can type in a stickey title and it is there. But I can't find a way to view all stickeys or I think they might be called expert resources but still doesn't seem to be anything there.

Since you can see this message, the new site hasn't fully gone live yet. Hopefully the issue(s) will be resolved later today.
YOU MUST RESET YOUR PASSWORD ON THE NEW COMMUNITY SITE:
The password requirements on the new site are more complex than on this one, so you'll need to reset your password before you can log in.
1. Access the sign-in page on the new Community.
2. Click RV.NET Users.
3. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SIGN IN
4. Click Forgot Username or Password.
5. Follow the prompts to reset your password using your email on the new Community.
I did this. Unfortunately, I get the following message after typing in my new password:
"You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.
Click your browser's Back button to continue."

I talked to the folks at Good Sam a little while ago and it sounds like they've got a handle on the permissions problem with the logins. Try it again and see if it works now.
If your username has spaces in it, try adding underscores where the spaces are. So if your name is Eat At Joes, try logging in as Eat_At_Joes
And as far as staying logged in goes, the new site has a lot more security measures than RV.NET does, so your passwords need to be more complex and you have to sign in more often. I don't know that this is something that can be changed.
