2019 22rbswe with in command.
Trailer has been in storage for the last month not being used. Outside temps have dropped to freezing in the morning. When I went to the command center to turn on lights I had the E2 air conditioner warning. This is the first winter I have owned the trailer.
The furnass would not come on.
I read that if wall sensor detects extreme cold or hot system shuts down?
I warmed the wall sensor to 48 degrees and the heater would come on and E2 code was gone.
What this? When need the system most it won't come on?
Any fix for this?

I have found that it is a in command lock out issue when temp range is 40S or below or 90 and above.
A problem with 2019 2020. Not sure if there is a fix

Contac Keystone and ask what the resolution is. Doug

This is from ASA Electronics, the maker of the system. Doug

The AC will not run when the ambient temperature is above 100°F or below 40°F. Why?
Please contact your local RV service center.

With my thermostat (CCC2) E2 can be cleared by following the reset procedure.

If not, what happened to us last winter was that the telephone connectors they use in several places to control the ACs and furnace were corroded. Clean or replace the connectors.

I don't know what he has but a thermostat reset might clear the error.

My trailer is a Keustone Cougar with the in command control system.
The warning does seem to be temperature related and a lockout designed into the system. I don't know why. I think it's a glitch in the software.
I checked today temp was 50 degrees no warning.

Thats why I stated that the error is a KNOWN issue. Contac Keystone or ASA to find out if they have a software update. Did you not see what I posted from ASA's website about your problem? Doug
