Probably 75% working, 25% retired; I'll flip that % within 2 years, go to 100% retired within 4.

Agree with the OP's list except #5....my preference is to avoid the mid-level places for eating out and save the time / $$ / energy for a notable evening at a rated / nice place.

Other things to avoid: Pretty generic, but I'm through with frantic "getting ready" stuff. If, for example, we're going out on the sno-gos, I want to spend the 4-5 days prior getting ready: loaded up, fueled up, tool bags in place, etc. Done with the "get off work Friday, jump through hoops, drive out for XXX all on Friday evening" process. If I can't get ready for whatever it is at least a day or two before, I'll wait a day or two. Flip side is that I'll shorten the "whatever it is" activity to give me more time to unload, clean off, and setup for the next trip. Much more enjoyable to me to spend 65% - 75% of the time "doing" and the remaining time prepping than try to squeeze the last minute out of something and have to hustle to get ready for the next time.

I thought by now I would be saying I'm done with a lot of things but looks like about the only thing I'm done with is, thinking I'll retire.

Not yet retired, but at 62, I am over being the Co-Poolboy, Trimming the fence line, fighting moles, being the head maintenance man on a 1980 home. I'd like to hit every Texas State Perk for 2 weeks and walk every trail. that should keep me busy a long time.

Enjoy.

Gentlemen, most everything posted is spot on. Us "older" folk have done for ourselves most of our lives. I have anyway and always hated paying someone to do something I was perfectly capable of doing. NOW, the table have turned somewhat with bad knees and backs and the slow healing process of an older body I am paying others for what I used to do myself. I still do what I can when I FEEL like tackling it.

To relate this to RVing:
I am done with driving like mad to get somewhere. No more 14 hours behind the wheel
I am done with the more mechanical repair work on the rig...that goes for the truck too. I pay for axle service now. I pay for diagnosing and repair of electrical issues now. I still do the rig roof washing and inspecting though. I want to know it is sealed up.
Still love going to the festivals and putting up with the crowds.....somewhat. We try to go on the first day of a festival when it is usually a slow day. Just did the Jack Daniel BBQ competition and it was a great event.

At this stage of life I am blessed to be 'comfortable' financially and can afford to hire out the work I don't want to do. Retirement is a beautiful thing.
Stopped caring about 'doing something' every day.

I hope to go traveling as soon as i am retired. My business is already completely remote and i can manage everything through Microsoft Teams SMS but my wife has a regular office job , so that what keeps us in the country. Exploring new places and creating lasting memories together will undoubtedly be a fantastic way to enjoy the fruits of my hard work and the adventures that lie ahead. Here's to a future filled with amazing travels
